2 months agoThe AC is NEVER on! It makes it hell for me to skim through because I’m drenched in sweat. I feel so bad for the employees working with no air. Lines are extremely long. As I’m typing I see about 20 people in front of me and I’ve already been already waiting over 10 minutes. At the moment there are only 4 open registers. What a shame. Staff is very nice. Oh especially the brunette lady in jewelry! What a sweetheart. This branch needs attention from corporate.5 months agoIt’s clear that it’s a store where you can find something for a low price and so you’d expect lots of people there. I am mostly frustrated about customer behavior especially in the women clothes department. It’s so messy. All sizes are jumbled up, items on the floor. It’s hard to try to find anything when it’s all in such a disarray. Surprisingly men’s department is more orderly. I tried to find some clothes for my parents and buying clothes for my dad was much easier. The staff were nice, if asked for help they will do their best. After making my purchase, I asked for a bag. The cashier placed all the items in the bag, wished me a nice day and I walked away. While walking I occasionally got a whiff of an unpleasant odor of wet dirty socks. When I got home I realized that the smell came from the TJ Maxx paper bag. It’s horrible. All the items inside had that weird smell.8 months agoit’s a nice store, you can find what you’re looking for, it’s possible to find discounted products.2 months agoSome great bargains, a very helpful crew, and polite. But the store itself looked ransacked. Packages of three tee-shirts and boxers were ripped open and thrown all over the place.a year agoIt was pretty busy in here as we shopped before Christmas but it wasn’t hectic. The only disappointment came was when it was time to use the bathroom. This store usually makes a lot if business. There is no reason to have a disgusting and smelly bathroom especially when we are dealing with COVID19…I understand how short staffed many places are but I feel public restrooms in stores and department stores should never ever be repulsive and revolting!!! Customers go to take a break and freshen up…so how disappointing is that when there is urine all over the floor and toilet seat??? Tissue paper thrown all over too! Customers can also do their part and keep in mind to be tidy and wipe the seat if they sprinkle when they tinkle. Well, as you know I feel Tjmaxx is a great store to find many things just be careful when using their restrooms…???

Posting some for reference.7 months agoA good store to find some good stuff, like treasure hunt! Nice staff! It’s in the same building with Bed Bath & Beyond and Marshall. Checking queue might be long, but there are many open registers so won’t wait spend too much time on waiting.a year agoLittle better than the Marshall’s with respect to cleanness and awesome rackstore. Love the departments and the collection. Almost similar items like Marshall’s which is in same building. I wish the fragrance section maintained in more better way.a year agoEverything is neatly arranged, most of the customer service is friendly, a large selection of wo and men’s clothing and more. I am a tourist and I was the first in this store. When I left the fitting room, I wanted to buy some things (4 out of 10), on the right side I put “no 10” and on the left side I hung things that I did not want. Suddenly an old woman with glasses started shouting at me that she wanted to see the number which I put on the desk young lady/staff A young lady replied to her that is “10” and this crazy woman still kept shouting to me “but I want to see it”?♀️ I know perfectly well that the old woman saw that damn number. I was standing in the center of the hanger and desk. Old staff was very unprofessional, aggressive and racist,she said to me “ stupid white”.it was the worst experience i have ever had ??
a year agoYou go up the escalator to the top floor. It’s the entire floor, huge store. There is a cellphone charging station you can leave your phone while you shop and sanitize too. Huge team sports merchandise. Lots of ugly sweaters just in time for the holidays. Christmas and Hanukkah decorations.Fitting rooms are back! Long, long, long line to check out. They have so many items to look at while you wait. They are hopefully that you are going to buy these last minute impulse items that you don’t need. Cashiers are not friendly, they rather talk to each other than smile at the paying customers.

Many products are utilized by both men and women, as well as children, especially the clothes.They clearly delineated zones of products. But there were so many things that it was very challenging to search. All goods have discounts. But some of them can be outdated or broken. must carefully inspect
I love this location they have hands down the most and best skincare items! Already the holidays their home decor items are cute but can be overwhelming with long queues so expect to wait to purchase. Like others said you have to search for items because they get in so many things that the staff might not know the inventory
Bi-level well stocked TJ with alot of luggage and high end clothing bags and accessories. Easy to move through the racks. Staff were friendly. Only picked a cosmetic bag and nail wraps. Got them on clearance. There was no line in the morning and many registers were open. Very clean and neat
More unusual items than their other stores. Be quick as I’ve learnt to buy and return rather than go back as stuff sells quickly. The queue is usually horrendous after 5. My last visit was on a Saturday around 12 noon. I bought two items which I saw on the first floor. The first floor till was also open. No returns or exchanges on that level and one cashier. Lots of security making the floor look busier.
I love the selection of the houseware and Christmas items. I was disappointed in the checkout line on the second floor. But pleased with the 3 minute wait time on a Sunday evening on the first floor.. I was pleasantly surprised
