3 years agoThey sanitize all shopping carts and everything is spread out so that there is enough room for people to walk. I got some pretty good deals as well. The store was organized and clean.5 months agoNATALIA G she was a cashier she was extremely rude . Made faces the whole time while ringing me up she made our experience horrible. Been coming to this th max for years and haven’t encountered anyone rude and unprofessional like her she had zero customer service skills .5 years agoOk i spent like an hour shopping only got one thing. No one asked me if i needed help or even said hi when walking by them. Not even a smile. I got one thing and it only cost a doller i was looking for a gift and really did not find anything. The store though is really clean i did not see anything on the floor and in the homegood section it was clean to and easy to walk with the shopping cart. Just wish i just got a smile or acknowledgement while shopping. Once in line lets say with in 30 sec of getting in line i get asked if i want to get a tj max credit card. I said no, i just felt weird cuz i did not get acknowledg when i was shopping but once i am willing to pay i get seen. I don’t like that. Even though the line was long it only took like 5 min or so for me to get cheacked out the line did go a lil fast which is really good.5 months agoI have always loved Höme Goods, having tjmaxx together was a pleasant addition. This one felt a little smaller than few but nice nonetheless. Spacious & wide variety of products. Things were kept tidy, not much crowded. Needless to say I shopped a lot6 months agoVery rarely shop at T.J. Maxx, mainly because their men’s selection has dropped off, considerably – it’s mostly a woman’s store now (I usually shop at it’s sister store Marshall’s, where the selection of goods for men, whether clothing, or whatnot, is vastly better).This time I went in to check out Home Goods, because I have never gone in to that half of the store. I was looking for blankets or throws. They have a decent selection, and amount, of neat things, however, they seem a bit pricey compared to Ross or Burlington. I found a pillow that was useful, but no blanket that wowed me.
All-in-all, I’ll need to check out that side of the store, more, but, for now, they get a middle-of-the-road rating, because of these factors. There was nothing in the store where I was like, “OOH, I HAVE TO HAVE THAT!!” ??

a week agoI have never been treated more poorly by any cashier than at this place. I understand they’re understaffed, but the tone I got after asking if they could ring me up quickly, since I waited in line for close to an hour, was incredibly disrespectful, and on top of that she SLOWED DOWN to take the security tags off the clothing I was trying to buy. I left without purchasing because I would have been late to pick up my kids (at 8:30 p.m.). I was very disappointed because I had carefully selected over $200 worth of stuff. Now, I’ll have to start over to find these items elsewhere.a year agoThis Marshalls is at the top of the escalators. Even though they were extremely busy the cashier Shakayla W. was super friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great service it is very much appreciated! ??9 months agoThis was a typical Marshalls. It’s located in a very large plaza with lots of parking but during peak hours like Friday night It can be a little difficult to find a spot. We take an escalator to the top floor of the building. The escalator was kind of old and squeaking really loudly. I don’t know why it hasn’t been fixed and I did not see an option for somebody in a wheelchair to access the top floor. I may have missed something or wherever an elevator is located it’s pretty far away. Also the doors don’t open automatically. The store seemed well maintained inside and is well lit. The cashier was friendly at the front and asked if I found everything I was looking for. They take all the major payment methods, and do provide you with a bag. As for selection, there’s much to be desired, especially in the shoe department. If you wear a size 6 like I do, don’t expect much. There were literally a couple handfuls of shoes to choose from. They also had a tiny clearance section.a month ago99% of the time you can find something you want or need at Marshall and for a good price.8 months ago!!WARNING!! DO NOT BUY SUNGLASSES HERE! I found some nice sunglasses that I really like. They were priced at 29.99 but we’re scratched all over. I asked if they could be marked down and they said no. They have their glasses all piled up on a shelf and expect customers to pay full price for damaged items.

I really enjoyed it. They have a lot of quality items. I went to look a monthly calendar & found this really nice monthly academic planner.. they had a HUGE Selection of planners. I found soo many things I am getting for my new place.

cash register lines are expected to be in a long wait. The lines’ starts at women’s jewelry show-case area (just imagine that.
They need to have like the zelle transactions where the employees goes through the lines with their tablets for faster process.

It used to be one of my favorite places. But the line to check out is ridiculous… Poor management, they usually have only two cashiers working with over twenty people in line. Once in a while they add one more cashier. I’ll have to avoid shopping here during the Christmas holiday.
TJ Maxx is a great place to shop. They have all types of different clothing, with great prices. I actually found jeans long enough to fit my long legs. I went in there for one thing came out with several. Plan on going back to find more clothes for myself and family.
