This is a nice open beach with plenty of access. There are a few benches but they are set pretty far back. Aside needing to bring your own chairs it’s a nice beach that’s also close to shops. (Pizza and KFC very close)

Lovely beach that is close to town, as well as parks and out side tables for eating, and such a wonderful spot to take the dog for a walk. So many friendly dogs and dog owners!

I love to park there and watch the beach when the weather is bad. You can stay in the car and see the sea/mountains and kite surfers while warm and dry in the car. There has been lots of erosion so there is now a safety fence at the edge which obscures the view a bit, but there is still a track to the beach where people can take their dogs for a walk. There is a toilet there too.

  1. A vast array of beach users can be found here. Dog walkers, kite surfers, paddle boarders, makes for great people observing. Swell is typically calm. Busy location but great car park and facility’s available and a great sunset spot
