James answered all of my questions?Plus he filled up the tires and allowed me to charge my bike up!! As I was nervous I wouldn’t make it back to Wang!! 4 weeks agoHired some hybrid bikes to do the Beechworth rail trail to Milawa. The guys were super helpful and the bikes came with everything we needed. We didn’t use it but they also run a shuttle service if you only want to do the downhill section. Would recommend if you’re visiting Beechworth!a year agoWhat can say about the charming guys. Nigel and James. Who was cuter. Who can say. Both professional. The electric bikes we hired were so comfortable and the instructions were clear and concise. Pick up from brown bros on time. We went to Milawa providore as the cheese place huge queues. The owners and staff were great and it wasn’t too crowded. The bloke at the mustard place on the way was so patient and kind with his customersAll in all fantastic. Thanks Nigel and Bruce.

Darcy was awesome and patiently let me test ride a few models. Turns out none of the bikes were perfect for me as is, I went with a lower specced model but a couple of aftermarket parts that needed to be installed. No worries and no extra charge for the labour costs. It was ready and sorted on the agreed day.
I had a great experience at Cycle Station. Lee and staff were very helpful in helping me choose a bike that was right for me and getting it organised. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.
Very rude staff, I asked why they closed online sale, the answer – ” good luck to your search” and hung up. I was loyal customer for years! I don’t live in Albury. Big disappointment.
Went in today to buy a helmet, they store was empty except for one other customer. I saw at least 3 staff walking around when j came in and at no point did anyone approach me and offer assistance and when I went to find someone there was no-one in sight!! Definitely NOT shopping here again.
I went into the shop to purchase a bike, plenty of staff around and only one other customer. I spent 25 mins in there, waited at the counter and walking around, not one single staff member even acknowledged me….customer service, there is none.
