Was quick and efficient and pleasant service4 years agoHave purchased heaps of these in Australia and tried my first 2 in New Zealand recently. They do not taste the same. I had King William Chocolate. It was like a normal milkshake. It wasn’t very chocolaty and you couldn’t taste the banana like the Australian ones. The Australian ones you usually get a bit of a head freeze from them, they are that cold and the straw doesn’t move, nice and thick. The NZ ones are also more expensive. I wont be buying anymore in New Zealand, they aren’t worth the price.6 years agoI am addicted to Boost! A little bit pricey but it’s totally worth it because they are filled up fully. Service is fast and it’s perfect when you’re on the go. Staff are friendly too.

Botany Boost customer service is always top notch, staff are friendly and easy going. Very polite to us customers. My absolute go to when I need a snack/pick me up juice. My favourite thing from boost is the juice/toastie add on. I highly recommend their toasties as they’re nice and cheesy and made to be worth its price. Definitely recommend!!!
I ordered three juices on the 15/10/2023. A tropical crush, lychee crush, and mango tango crush. This was via Uber eats. When I received the order the mango tango and lychee were filled to the top which is what I paid for. However, the tropical crush was filled halfway and tasted odd. Please avoid this place if looking for good quality drinks… usually a happy customer but this makes me want to never have Boost again. I have photo proof but Google is not letting me post. I would like to raise this as a formal complaint as Uber is not taking responsibility.
Ordered a drink and paid for it and then the girl with the orange hair left the place and put up the sign for 10 minutes and left while I was waiting for my drink to be made with no explanation. 0/10 service , very disappointed… she had such a stink attitude towards me when she was serving as well .
I went to Boost in Botany on Wednesday afternoon to order a smoothie, like I usually do when going to botany. When I got to the front counter, after serving the person in front of me, the lady told me that she was out of ice and I had to leave. Everytime I have tried to order when this particular girl was working, she has used the excuse of no ice. After I left, I returned not even 5 minutes later to see her making smoothies for other people. In my experience, this lady has been very rude and unapproachable. I LOVE boost, but never feel comfortable ordering from botany anymore. If she needed to get ice, then I would have been open to waiting 5 minutes for her to return, but she just asked me to leave.
I’m honestly not sure if she has something against me (I don’t know her) or has just conveniently run out of ice the 4 times I can remember right before I’m about the order.
Aweful service, stuff, customer service. Have a gift voucher from Boost, went to buy a drink for the 2nd time and the voucher does not work, on boxing day Tuesday, sales lady was young indian one who knew nothing how to fix the voucher issue, after long waiting she phoned the manager and he advised that I needed to activate the card on the website which is strange thing to hear, anyways i tried to activate on the website and did not let me,, i asked to refund my voucher as I no longer want their service but she was advised it is not allowed but offered me to get 2 drinks but i only wanted one so all in all service sucks, she was so rude when i said this is not acceptable she rolled her eyes and turned her back saying there is nothing she can do. Awefullll bad arrogant sales lady and stupid service and policy.
