3 months agoDon’t go there with the hopes of getting a juice 1hr before they close, because you’ll receive a response of ‘oh we’re not doing juices anymore’, even though they don’t close for over an hour? I believe we were served by a Gemma (blonde plated pony tail, working Thursday evenings), perhaps it’s the same ‘Gem’ that’s been mentioned in a lot of other reviews, really representing the business well…6 months agoWe were served by a girl called Gem and she had no customer service skills. She was rude from the start and her facial expressions said it all. It would be nice if she also looked at the customer when she was taking orders and not act like she was owed something. I saw them make it and it was mainly ice. I counted 2 blueberries a couple of raspberries and the rest ice and juice. Very watered down and not at all berry tasting. Disappointed to say the least!

Just like every other Boost Juice in Perth they are always busy and queue is very long. But the service was quick considering that. Though the quality was not as good compared other Boost.
Very busy that they were rushing the blending of the smoothies. It was so thick and chunky that it was undrinkable, I had to eat it with a spoon as it wouldn’t fit through the straw.

I just got a mango, pineapple something, and whenever I drink it, I can feel these things in my mouth. I thought it was something from fruits at the first time, but I can’t chew it. It’s thread. I want to complain in person, but they are closed now. I don’t know how this can happen.. I am really upset and disappointed, and thanks to God, this drink wasn’t for kids. I will complain about this to the main customer service team.
