Location is brilliant with lovely sea views. However, for a Hilton branded property, it was very tired, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms left a lot to be desired. Surprising that they leave only two coffee pods for a long stay and expect you to purchase more. The breakfast was strictly underwhelming with food running out by 8am. The quality of the food was very average and quite a disappointed. For the price charged, I would not recommend at all.

Great location- close to beach, boutiques, restaurants, aquarium. Family-friendly hotel. Extremely friendly, courteous & helpful staff. Medium sized pool was quite popular. Gym was a bit sad & dated with only the basic equipment. Ladies gym was new & modern. Renovations going on in the hotel, will be quite lovely once all ready. We had a 2-bedroom apartment. It was very spacious & well equipped with kitchen, laundry amenities similar to a serviced apartment. However, it was old, dated & not well maintained. None of the bathroom/toilet doors locked properly, master bedroom door couldn’t even shut as it didn’t fit its frame! Hot water was scalding HOT without warning!! Not luxury, but comfortable stay. Good for families & larger groups.

Good hotel in nice and convenient location in Noumea. A little run down however, they were doing some painting and renovations when we were there (so maybe will look nicer once completed). 3 bedroom apartment had a great view. All the staff were fantastic and Gunther was especially helpful and polite. Restaurant was superb even on the quiet night. Overall nice place to stay.

Terrible service from the staff. Wanted to check out earlier than what the reservation was for, but staff pressured us to pay for 3 nights after we only stayed there 1 night, then we weren’t allowed to even change the check out date. We had to pay for 3 nights to leave, otherwise we weren’t given a choice. Would never stay here again, the rooms didn’t feel like 4 stars either. Waste of money and gave a bad start to our holiday.

Perfect stay in a fantastic location, close to all the action! Our 2 bedroom suite was very generous in size, we felt comfortable immediately. The Crabtree and Evelyn beauty products in the bathrooms smell divine, need some for home! If we ever come back to Noumea, this is the place we will stay without a doubt.

  1. The place was a bit outdated, but I felt that the whole area was outdated. Lots of road contructions were carried out. We were upgraded for free when we got there, but reception did not realise the free upgrade and charged us the full price and refunded the extra amount with the restraunt voucher only after my husband mentioned. Our room was roomy and quiet. King bed was comfortable, but pillows were not. Could not enjoy outside pool and zachuzi, water were too cold for both cases. My room’s power went out on our first night due to a bad keycard connection and were too dark, and my husband hurt his knee by bumping to the furnishings. There should be some sort of pilot light always, in case of an emergency like this.

  2. You can spend a cheap night near the beach. It is worth noting that the cheap rooms are located in a separate building, far from being as clean and beautiful as the main building.
    До центра города далеко.

  3. Affordable, clean, comfortable, super well located with a million dollar view on the lagoon. The restaurants are excellent too. Always happy to go back there to spend a relaxing holiday.

  4. Would not recommend this hotel at all! We stayed in the budget rooms and they are for sure NOT 3 stars. It felt like being in a prison, the room was disgusting and dirty. We arrived late in the night (02.00 am) and check in took 30 minutes. Also our hotel keycard did not work and the service/communication was horrible.

  5. It’s okay , but we didn’t expect our room to be so small and a small balcony… very hot and air conditioner doesn’t really work … no room service , and no laundry done was very hard and annoying… beautiful hotel tho so I give it 3 stars
