Liz and the hotel team deserve five stars for their exceptional customer service. We had to cancel our last-minute booking due to flash floods and bad weather, and Liz made the process effortless. Her professionalism and empathy, even in challenging circumstances, were outstanding. We appreciate their support and look forward to visiting in the future.

We enjoyed the location, the room was clean and had everything you need but it was dated and overpriced. For over $700 for 2 nights you really shouldnt have to pay for parking either. Just my opinion, our overall weekend was good

Called up to make a few changes and Tyla was fantastic and made the changes smoothly, and she took the time to ensure everything we wanted was captured and booked in. Awesome customer service.

Adina Apartment Hotel Wollongong … staying here with my partner as a gift from her sister … WHAT a great hotel room ! Very clean and well presented with a spacious balcony .

Hotel staff were all very welcoming , helpful and friendly from beginning to end .

Secure parking ? in the basement of the building before check-in made the day easier.

We only stayed one night but it was wonderful , with a very reasonably priced mini bar ? and nice amenities including a bath! ?

The hotel also has a pool?‍♂️ , sauna?? and spa? all available on our floor … unfortunately we discovered them too late to use (closing at 9pm) ??‍♂️

Very close to the beach ?and city centre ? it is a very nice place to stay when visiting Woolongong. Decent price for a room with so many luxuries.

    4 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

  1. The rooms were very tastefully decorated. However all night we heard a noise from outside the room perhaps the hotels AC unit? It made meaningful sleep impossible. Maybe that’s why they had free earplugs?
    The taps leaked.
Of great concern was the double glazed barred window. So no fresh air and no means of easy escape incase of fire. Yes fire exits are available but that would require and exit into the hallway.
Also finally we did find the hotels carpark not an easy task considering the official hotel directions say one way street off Crown St. Well it’s a dead end so how can you get in and out of it’s a one way street?
One of a very few hotels and I often an staying 3 night as week that takes a $200 bond. Not sure how quickly it is returned.

  2. Friendly staff, clean room and great location.
Beware, they have karaoke but it’s fun to sing along in your room.
They do provide earplugs which is lovely.

  3. Hotel was ok. Check in went smoothly. They provided earplugs. Our room was facing the street, noise was alright (we expected worse). They provided coffee/hot chocolate/tea. However, there was no kettle in the room. Roof needs some repairment

  4. When I booked harp hotel it was not mentioned that this is a pub hotel. I asked the reception would noise be an issue and she said no. Not only did I feel it wasn’t safe the music and loud singing was blasting on past 2am- definitely couldn’t sleep .

Tried to call management and they said it was mentioned we were above a pub in the welcome message sent (I found it among a lot of other information). I then said it was not mentioned noise would continue till 2am- I was told that I should have looked up the opening hours.

Management and staff are intentionally being deceitful.

    I have posted photos

  5. I regret to inform that I strongly advise against families with children staying at this hotel. My first mistake was choosing to book a stay here on a Saturday, influenced by our travel schedule. The hotel’s central location seemed promising initially, but that was quickly overshadowed by the experience that followed.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room on the first floor facing the street. The room, barely accommodating for our family of three, felt cramped and left little room to maneuver. What initially puzzled us – the presence of double-glazed windows – soon made sense as a futile attempt to mitigate the noise from below.

The real ordeal began at night. Starting from 10 PM until the wee hours of 2 AM, the hotel transformed into a cacophony of loud music and singing emanating from the ground floor. It felt like a mass karaoke session, with the entire hotel participating – except us. Despite the provision of earplugs by the hotel, sleep was an elusive luxury.

Just when we managed to drift off around 2:30 AM, our slumber was rudely interrupted by a group, likely the same revelers from downstairs, who stormed the first floor. Their loud chatter and singing continued in the hallway, right outside our room. Multiple attempts to reach the hotel staff for complaint went unanswered, leaving me no choice but to confront these individuals directly. It wasn’t until 3:30 AM that we finally found some peace to sleep.

The impact of this night on my 6-year-old child was profound. As a parent, it’s disheartening to see your child suffer due to a situation beyond your control. Therefore, I emphatically recommend that families, especially those with young children, seek accommodation elsewhere. This hotel, while possibly suitable for those looking to partake in late-night festivities, is certainly not conducive for families seeking rest and relaxation.
