4 months agoQueued more than 30 minutes for the best braised duck. Queue is not very fast moving but it is worth the queue. Had it with rice alone and it was divine. Bouquet was delivered with one of the main flowers broken in the box. When we opened the box, the bouquet was as shown in the pictures. Needless to say it was a bit disappointing to the recipient.
Flowers delivered within time allocated and nicely wrapped. However, the recipient has given me feedback that on the day upon receiving the flowers, a number of the roses have already turned black and don’t look fresh.
Best customer service provided. Recently had an issue when I accidentally click on the wrong gender when I placed order for hamper.
The company went the extra mile to do a direct swap with the recipient. Really grateful for the kind gesture even though the mistake was at my end.
The hamper is also nicely packed. Will recommend this company to everyone.
Nice cooling temperature to walk around and see flowers/plants.
Price quite reasonable in my opinion. All the nurseries here all about the same price.
I love their staff here. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very surprised that their Burmese staff can speak relatively good English. 1 of them can even tell me the plant’s name in Chinese. 铁树！well done on good training given to your staff.
On time delivery. Flowers look fresh. It would be even better if the basket used was tallied as proposed. I ordered “Shine from Within”.
