Absolute poor service. Told there were 4 tickets left but would not sell us the three we needed. The server was rude and blunt and it was the worst customer experience i have ever had. Room was dirty and there was vomit in the bathrooms. Poor experience and i am deeply disappointed. Hire someone who knows how to do maths.
On 14th July we attended Gold Room see Mission Impossible ?. Ordering overpriced Food and Wine. Very limited wine selection (very average wines worth about $7-$10 a bottle) sold at $40. Food was given to another couple then after a while staff removed the food from them, a few minutes later the food was given to us. We know it was the same food as the couple had squeezed lemon over the food and the squeezed lemon wedge was still there.
Made staff aware of this, told new food would be made. Still wasn’t cook fresh as quantity of food wasn’t there. I felt sick after thinking about eating off someone else’s plate. Phone management following day, still waiting on a response. Now 16th September 2023.

First time visit for me. I didnt know the pricing system but paid for a Gold room tickets as i wasnt alone, couldnt go back in two hours for the next session. Bought a coffee which was delivered to the wrong seat to start with by someone who looked like they didnt care. Couldnt drink it all as not very nice. Definatly an overpriced experience.
Thought the fancy gold room could have been cleaned better – popcorn in the seats etc. Staff are nice, facilities are good
Booked the wrong day, called them early in the morning and the staff memeber who helped was so sweet and took care of it quickly. Such good service
