a month agoWorst carwash ever used. Their autocleaning couldn’t wash off even the bird poo. I had to call the bloke there to wipe it off manually. See the pics.11 months agoEverything about this DIY dog wash went well. The set up has been upgraded from the one time we previously visited. The artificial grass, the individual sections that accommodates 2 dogs , the safety locks and glass panels all work well for your dog wash experience. The music playing over the speakers was good, the place was clean and it was good to see the young employees cleaning up and taking care of the area.a month agoTheir Auto car wash is amazing, specially the ultimate option of $23. Car looks really nice & shining. Yes, its not perfect but still better than other Auto Car wash.

If there was an option for zero stars I would select this. Poor customer service. Vehicle not cleaned properly. Old signing out the front – not updated. The car was not cleaned properly. $100 to not have the tyres, windows, mirrors cleaned properly. There is limited attention to detail. The response from management when I raised these issues? “I’ll let the guys know.” They will happily take your money. Highly disappointed – I should have known better.
Very happy with the service car looks amazing we live in a dirt road and with four kids it gets filthy but star car cleaned it spotless within a hr and a half and it looks brand new again
This business is a total rip-off that like to take advantage of people.
They don’t even deserve 1 star.
This morning, one of the employees had the audacity to tell me that I have to pay $20 extra for the ‘bugs’ on my car. I was shocked! There was a tiny bug on the bonnet (see image). When I asked him how much in total, he quoted me $115! I drive a small SUV which I normally pay $65. Everytime I come they charge me a different fee for the same car. Their price lists are never updated and they don’t do a good job. It’s like they work on commission.
They must think people are ignorant. I felt cheated. They don’t care about their customers.
Paid $400 for a full detail clean, interior and exterior, car came back still dirty in quite a few areas, blatant negligence.
Not worth your time or money.
As a bonus the on-site manager told me to come back next time and they’ll look after me. Why would I pay another $400 for a poor quality product.
Honestly the worst service. He over charged me after I asked for the car cleaned inside and out. I asked for bug and tar removal and the wheels done for and extra $30, which I thought was a bit much but I pay for it because I wanted it done. I come back an hour and half later to find that the car was not cleaned on the inside at all. Not only that, given the colour of my car, everything stands out. There are still dirt marks and “missed bits” on the entire left side of my car, the skirting wasn’t done and still had dirt on it, streaks from dirty water, drip marks and there are still bugs on my car. I complained and only got yelled at, interrupted and told not to come back. I told him i won’t be. This is not the first time either. My mother had the same experience, only whatever cleaning product they used stripped the paint off her personalised plates, making them non-compliant with road regulations, forcing her to fork out more money to pay for new ones. Honestly don’t waste your time or money. I can go to Penrith star and get the ENTIRE car cleaned, inside and out, for $55 and no complaints or arguments.
