Within days of finally getting your car back you’ll end up with the exact same problem they supposedly fixed. DO NOT RECOMMEND2 months agoFast and good for roadworthies. Jose and the team at Auto Masters Kalgoorlie have provided me with the best servicing experience I’ve had in Kalgoorlie/Boulder. They kept me up to date with their progress and with any changes as the service progressed.
Called them on a Friday lunch time when travelling through as the check engine light was on. I had already called 2 other mechanics and they wouldn’t look at it. They immediately said to come past. They scanned the car and told us what the problem was. They fit us in when we were on a timeline -we were driving from Perth to the eastern states.
Jose and the team did a fantastic service to my vehicle, the experience from the first call to the end was professional and was by far the best experience I have had with a mechanical workshop. Keep up the great work team have informed family and friends to use in future.

Not recommended at all. At one stage they had nearly 24 cars awaiting servicing (4 cars on the hoists, 2 underneath each hoist, 2 more to the side, another 8 or so out on the street and sidewalk) with motor parts scattered everywhere. Customer cars were also left up on car stands on the sidewalk after hours. There is no secure parking for customer cars and they are left to the mercy of thieves and vandals, to say nothing of making traversing the street and sidewalk itself a nightmare.
Servicing-wise, they do not even consider checking your handbrake function as part of your service (which it is as it is a safety device and must be checked regularly), and will charge you extra for it (from an ex-mechanic).
They used to have decent service, once upon a time; but when the last manager left it went rapidly downhill and staff are told to churn out vehicles as fast as possible instead of doing a quality job, the main goal being more cars == more money.
If you value your car in any way, then avoid, avoid, avoid.
Very good people to deal with excellent job done on my car that was plaqued with issues that I didn’t realise until shown but now a different car. Will be returning to Auto Masters Kalgoorlie and my second car will now be serviced there. Good job guys
