Bunnings Gladstone is a nice store to get all your home/house need with competitive prices.
I love the arrangement of the aisle, however the bays are not easily located. It takes having to move around the racks to located the bays with the help of online search.
What I usually do is to search on their app, note the bay number and the aisle. This has helped in locating the items I need in the store.
The staff will welcome you with bright smile and play with the kids.
They have friendly staff that are ready to help, also advise on choice of items to pick by explaining the good and the not so good about it.
The store is strategically located and has items that I/we need. I have never been disappointed or not get what I need.
I will recommend the store anytime, any day.
Drove from Rockhamton to Gladstone to get what Rockhampton could not supply. Matt and another gent in bathrooms were so very helpful even helped me get what I needed from Bundaberg. Over and beyond. Thank you.
Extremely rude staff at the counter in the trade area. I have invested thousands and thousands buying items from Bunnings. The main reason to not buying items in there anymore are those staffs (among others). Bunnings Gladstone has no idea how to treat their professional clients!!!! Long, long way to go “Manager”!!
Rarely has items it lists online in stock. Some leading staff are very abrasive and unhelpful. The drive thru for pickup of heavy items is often barricaded and clogged with products that don’t really need to be there.
Very helpful staff directing me to the item I required. Made a company online phone purchase for Mylestones garden crew a disability crew that service the Gladstone region. Giving these young men employment .
