The Metro City team are a group professionals and have been perfect from the first day of applying for an apartment with them, That being said it is my First proper lease and the company have been very hospitable and understanding with everything in between . This is my first experience with Metro City and it has been a very good one. The team has been very helpful and friendly, with Raven going out of his way to respond to queries and help me out. He even helped me resolve a technical challenge. One day the team even unlocked the door again when I couldn’t get there till right on closing time. I have been surprised and delighted by their genuine interest in providing customer service that is not only professional but personal and friendly.
Shelby was hard working finding us a tenant and very communicative along the way. We would recommend Metro city to manage your rental.
My partner and I had an easy rental application. Inspections and application was done quick and on time. Additionally, the service from the staff members was great to get all lease documents sorted out.
With a clear focus on taking as much mo ey as they can from tenants it is easy to understand the ratings landlords give this office. As a tenant, your concerns or rights are of no concern. From the moment you enter their office where you are welcomed by an empty desk in an empty foyer and have to summon assistance by ringing a bell. You will never actually see a property manager or anyone else who can actually answer questions or get anything done.
Like hungry trolls they hide in the shadows plotting to rip off tenants whenever possible without providing any service.
Will never deal with them again
