I felt very pampered and walked out relaxed and with amazing hair that 2 weeks on still looks beautiful. I had such a wonderful experience here. I decided to treat myself & kick off my holiday with a blow wave. I was greeted by Brooke, who offered me a drink from the extensive menu & then gave me the best shampoo & head massage I’ve ever had. Back at the chair, I got to play with the salon pup while I got my blow wave. Great conversation, excellent local tips (thanks for the coffee recommendation!) & I walked out feeling a million bucks. I’ll be back every time I visit Townsville.
The staff were professional and friendly, helped me with my hair choice and treatment. I was thrilled with the result, the price was great considering I bought product as well. Would recommend to everyone, and will be going back again.

Have been struggling to find a good hairdresser in townsville since I moved here. Hayley was amazing, gentle and sweet. The salon and service they provide are excellent. I loved the curtain bangs she did on my hair along with the relaxing head massage.
Can not fault the service provided by the staff, a special shoutout to Georgia who was very attentive and patient with my preferences.
I have recently moved from SA and this was my first call for a hair stylist, I was not disappointed and happy to call urban room hair my preferred salon.
