5 months agoBeware!!! The Indian workers here are scammers. Try and find ways to get cash out of u. Either say the app is temporarily not working or find something wrong with either your car or something else so u can’t purchase. Then, say if u pay cash.. It’ll be ok.Beware.. do not get sucked in. Stand up to scammers!!
5 months agoManager/owner is rude and refused to refund me when I had a clear receipt. Wouldn’t check the item didn’t want to based on the fact I had purchased it at another store. READ 7/11 POLICYEdit: I have already been in touch with someone via customer support and have a case pending.
4 months agoNice Coffee.. thanks mate.7 months agoI got a coffee with soy, in the middle of the depense it stopped ,so I asked the lady to fill it up with soy. She refused, previously they have just refilled it. She stated that machine needed to cleaned she could’ve fill the soy milk up so I couldve had my coffee ?7 months agoPetrol flowed great… customer service was terrible… addressed me as Sir, when I’m clearly a woman… then ignored my questioning him about it, just wanting me to pay and leave… so rude

Been Filling up here with the 7 11 app for a few months now and the staff here have always been great.
Always on top of things at the register and always swamping the pumps over when you pull in, rather than the awkward shuffle of trying to get someones attention.
You also get a good area coverage if using the 7 11 app for cheaper fuel so definitely make a stop here to fill up.

we were come morning 7 eleven, but your staff is not good i think his name ashessh i dont know , but he is totally rude behaviour with us. i forget the scan 7 eleven app . he was totally speak rudely with us. we dont like his behaviour. please try to understand bro. give some manners how to deal with customers.

Worst service.. Site Manager doesn’t even have a customer service etiquettes, no smile on face just hello how are you. while handling customers food, same time she was changing the rubbish bins under her counter.
So bad manager kaitly even dont know how to talk she behave very rudely even the store is looking very bad the slurpee area is very dirty . Overall whole store is not maintained properly sometimes there is no slurpee cups sometimes they are out of stock for coffee cups

Absolute joke of a place. Staff often take a while to activate pumps or attend customers waiting to pay as they continually leave the registers to go into the back. And when they finally come back they can’t even handle a simple transaction when paying with cash.
Waited in line as the guy took forever to count out the change due and kept getting the amount wrong.
Save some time and go elsewhere.
