2 months agoI recently had a great experience at 711 when purchasing a mykicard . I paid with $100 in cash and received my change without any issues. However, upon closer inspection, I realised that the $50 bill I received was counterfeit.I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager the next day, who was extremely helpful and understanding. After checking the cameras, They promptly exchanged the counterfeit bill for a genuine one without any hesitation. I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to rectify the situation.
The entire staff at 711 deserves recognition for their exceptional service. They handled the situation with utmost care and made sure that I left their store satisfied. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
I would like to express my gratitude to the manager and the entire team at 711 for their prompt action and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
5 months agoi went to this 7-11 to get an iced coffee and i broke the cup for the coffee, understandably that was my fault. i went to the cashier to ask if it was okay if i could grab another cup because i broke mine and he cut me off and told me that i hit the cup (to break the ice) too hard and thats why it broke in a passive aggressive tone and he basically shooed me off but did let me grab another cup. i understand if he is just having a bad day but being unprofessional is unacceptable.2 months agoWent in to get petrol and donuts no prices on any of the donuts the lady who was at the cashier was on her phone but still served me after giving me the total I asked her how much where the donuts she said 4.50 cents each..couldn’t tell if she was right or wrong because there was no price I let her knw it was too expensive and ended up putting one bck to the point she responded sorry I don’t come up with the prices etc..very shameful4 months agoI have never met a more rude employee than I have this Friday night. 8/09/2023. Also please remove the homeless person from the door8 months agoPrices on some or most things are too expensive and the atm should be free and have no surcharge as well as the customer should be able/allowed to withdraw more than just $50 over the counter…. what if the atm is not working but you need to withdraw more than $50…. ?Assorted hot food such as pies, sausage rolls and other hot food should be available 24/7 or for the complete time that 7- Eleven is open for business day and night…. if you run out of hot food or as a customer buys a hot food product, replace that product by putting another in the warmer/oven to cook/reheat…. not that hard.
Also, change your store set up from time to time by moving shelving and icecream freezer to different locations inside the store or turn them sideways opposite to how they currently are or are at the time the are changed, make your store more interesting and inviting to all types of your customers…. something more that will make your customers come in and be attracted to your stores…. Dandenong North store on heatherton Road/James Street in particular.

Easily one of the worst customer service I’ve come across. No manners at all, need to be taught on how to deal with customers. The short indian lady doesn’t belong behind the counter, she needs to find herself another job, though i felt like she was either the manager or the owner. Will never be back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there even in case of an emergency. Just pathetic. Wish google had an option for zero star or negative rating.
Alright, the good thing is: it sells what you need. It has stuff like slurpees, lollies, chocolates, and donuts. However, there seemed to be quite a few people under the influence of drugs around the store. I believe they were injecting stuff into themselves. I warn you of going near this store.
I’m usually not the type to leave a bad review, but after the harassment my elderly mother suffered at the hands of the staff here I feel I have to. After filling her car and paying for fuel (which thankfully she had a receipt for) one of the attendants chased her car onto a busy street banging on her window accusing her of not paying for fuel, after being forced by him to make a dangerous and illegal turn back in, he continued to berate her as she entered the building, completely disregarding her attempts to present her receipt, after 5 minutes of being treated as a criminal, it finally came to light, that the fault was with the woman that had served her, not charging for the correct fuel pump. Rather than simply asking her to pay the difference and offering an apology, he instead charged her the full amount for her pump ON TOP of what she had already paid, he then processed the refund, that has yet to show up in her account, thus leaving her without enough money to make it to her next pay, all because of their ineptitude.
I would describe the customer service here as pathetic, but I feel that might be a compliment. Get your act together and train your staff better.

We had an extremely terrible experience there. The India guy who had covered his head and with a long Mustache was very rude and racism towards us. After waiting ten minutes at the counter to pay for the 2 teas which we’ve had to cups each to cover the heat, the guy said he will charge extra for us. And we bought a chips which in coles it worths $1 he sold $7 for us.
Even though last time we went there to fill our car’s tank and the guy said on the loudspeaker “you guys have to prepay”. why would I do that? However I asked for $15 dollars fuel but he charged me $50 after putting $15 fuel in my tank I noticed he charged me $50 I walked back to him and asked for my money he gave me like $20 coins and $15 notes, and he didn’t apologise for that. Won’t be back there!!!
Such a big shame for 7-eleven with their rude employees.
WORST EXPERIENCE TODAY THE GUY IS SO RACIST TOWARDS ME I FEEL SO OFFENDED RIGHT NOW I WAS ABOUT TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE I WAS SO OFFENDED I DIDNT LIKE THE WAY THIS GUY WAS LOOKING AT ME LIKE I stole something he even ask me to open my pocket like I’m girl respect my boundaries this was at 9:30pm and I got 2 donuts and he charged me $6:50 im so mad and offended this is not good u shouldn’t have this type of people that think every black person stole like I walked outside and he was still looking I mean it was normal look I wouldn’t report this but this was different.
I was even thinking of getting a job here but after all this I would I even headle racism when people would assume that I stole.
