Good old fashioned customer service. I had 98 parcels to send. They were super efficient and nothing was an issue. I’m joining the long list of people posting negative reviews. It wasn’t busy. Two of the counter staff were standing at their windows chatting to each other. I went to the third. Be warned. The third staff member was the taller, somewhat younger dark haired with glasses. Cannot even be bothered to explain the rudeness, what is the matter with these people?
Absolutely atrocious behaviour from staff. Went at 4:59 to pick up an important parcel the other day. I run up to the door to apologise for coming so close to office closure just to have the door shut and locked in my face before I could say anything. When I came in the next day the same lady who locked the door in my face was extremely rude to me when I enquired about my parcel being at the post office for I had been left a note asking me to collect it.
Visited yesterday to obtain a tax file number for my son. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rude old colleagues at Wagga post office could learn a great deal from your positive example…
