a year agoThey received my pallet from Melbourne, it was coming one hour from wagga to me, they decided that it was unfit to be transported… Their resolution, move the package 5 and a half hours back to Melbourne instead of not touching it any more, or moving it only 1 hour and 40 minutes to me…. Their logic is flawed and their customer service is appauling. They said it was due to it over hanging the pallet, but every pallet in their warehouse was overhanging, we took photos. My package is still unmoved 2 weeks later. I would suggest they need a management overhaul.a year agoDarren really helped me out. Card says if I don t collect in 7 days it will be returned to sender. Always a pleasure to go here either to post items or pick up parcels. Counter staff are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly leaving me feeling happy.
Terrible post sorting office, don’t even bother around Xmas, we get important medical express posted, and only live a town or so over from wagga, they don’t even scan/check when arrives just send off to qld or where ever they feel like till comes back to them then turns up week or so later even thou express they don’t care if actually need it to survive. Which is also written on box so can clearly tell it’s medical. Has to be one of the laziest post office have ever come across!! Would NEVER recommend them to anyone EVER!!
