4 months agoBad Service!!!!!!! Paid for my items with Apple Pay, then was asked to prove my payment of $93.89 had been paid for as the operator did not see the confirmation of payment. I advised and showed that I had already received 2 notifications of payment! After asking the Chemist Warehouse to check their systems and after being spoken to like a thief I asked for a full refund and told I was being Unbelievable. I was then advised a Refund was not available unless I could present the Real card that I did not have on me. I then had to instruct the Operator how to issue the refund back to my phone! No apology for the realisation the payment had been received. Disgusting service and I will NEVER RETURN!!!!! Shame on your staff Chemist warehouse Darwin City!!!!!5 months agoLost my prescription and swore they never knew anything about it.Too lazy to even have a decent look for it
I had to get an email showing them that they agreed for it to be sent.
After I refused to leave the found it in a pile of unopened mail.
I don’t mind that it was misplaced, mistakes happen. It how you deal with your mistakes that define you.
Terrible customer service and poor personal values.

I would give this place 5 stars if it weren’t for all the expired stuff they still sell, aside from that, they have a huge variety of ingredients – both Asian and Western. They sell so many varieties of packet ramen and noodles, they also have a massive variety of Mexican salas that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else in Darwin. The frozen foods are perfect for adding to hot-pots and noodles. They have almost every Hi-Chew flavour in stock aswell. There are so many spices too.
My only issue is the expired foods. Alot of the noodle packets are either expired or expiring soon, a few were expired for over a year. The tofu I bought was expired by 2 weeks. I hope this gets looked at because I love coming here and have alot of respect for the workers, but this is a health hazard.
Aside from that, this store has got everything you need for any dish you’re making. Its not a cluttered, tight store like other Asian groceries, it is very open (its a warehouse) and many people can freely move around – which is something I absolutely love about this store inparticular. The music is always great, super soothing and relaxing. Customer service is wonderful.
This place has anything and everything my partner and I go here looking for, always a nice friendly feel to the place, highly recommend.
Love this place if you are into experiencing new things to eat you need to get yourself here quick smart. If your stalwart and not into change and diversifying food for your palate. We’ll stay home.
So much to look at here weather it’s food so things you need for your home. This place has it all for your Asian needs. Great range of products
Sari Rasa has been in Darwin for over 30 years. The quality, size, price and simple atmosphere are beyond comparison in Darwin. Even for Asian food. But don’t be late or you will miss out. Everything cooked fresh, service is so friendly but after 12 expect a line-up and difficulty getting a table.
