a month agoA huge thank you to Sarah At Road Runner’s in East Devonport. The girls in the parcel pick up were amazing. I had a present that couldn’t be seen and they wrapped it in black plastic. Been using Aramex Devonport since the opening of our business to send and received parcels from Devonport and surrounding areas. Never have any issues with services or the parcels. Courier drivers and the teams in Devonport depot are very well trained, great customers service skills. Keep up the good work team.
Deliveries from Aramex has always been stress free. Absolutely love their customer service. I would love to see them grow even bigger and expand their business.
Had a delivery, I was home but in the bathroom when he knocked. I went outside 30 seconds later,saw my delivery sitting on top of his car. I called out to him whilst walking towards him and asked for my parcel,( he was in car at this point about to leave). He replied: sorry I’ve already lodged it for you to pick up from local outlet, you will have to get it from there after 4:30pm . The parcel was in the seat next to him when he was saying this. Not good business practice for any type of company. ???
Driver ‘delivered’ a parcel, but we never received it – we have on camera them taking a photo of our parcel to show it was delivered then them picking it up and walking back off with it. Lucky we have a camera, thiefs
Very disappointed, had a parcel delivered only to find the parcel wasn’t left by driver, checked cameras of a neighbour & between the driver supposedly dropping it off & us getting home 6 minutes later & it wasn’t there – no one walked past in this time frame. Still can’t locate our parcel and is starting to seem very dodgey – which is sad used to be a very trust worthy company – my daughters gifts too
