I only came here late at night (1030pm) because I stupidly caved into a craving for junk food aka a packet of chips. I know food is exie everywhere but $13 for a pack of corn chips and and Ego ice cream? Hf. I was gonna get some pre-cooked hot food but once I saw the potato cakes -thin, very dry, and very hard looking)- I decided this place is not rotating stock to my understanding. Service-wise, it peeves me that when a service worker has their back to me (waiting at the counter) but another worker (cook) can see me but they don’t tell the service worker I’m there, its just ignorant.

The Asian female staff (apparently Indian) is very rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. She needs to know what it means to be nice.

Wow service level has changed was in at 6:50 on 20/04/23 had to wait 7 mins no service or acknowledgement. Staff member just kept wrapping sandwiches back turned. Such a pity… used to have a great app that no longer appears to work and great staff who would make you feel welcomed and not like your interrupting their important sandwiches.

I went there today and had a very bad experience as the Asian Lady at the coffee counter behaved very rudely and had aggressive nature. I will not go there again as that lady seriously hurt my sentiments. Please fire that lady, as it will beneficial for your business.

  1. Always a line up of people waiting while the one staff member is busy making hot dogs or coffee. Three times I’ve been in to just buy one thing from a shelf, after five minutes standing behind five others waiting to be served while looking at an empty counter because the guy is making two hot dogs, I dump my item and walk out. Very poor set up and service for where it’s located (near a part of town where there are lots of people wanting hot dogs and coffees made).

  2. Every staff is nice except the new Indian security! Horrible!
I can said I’m regular customers there and almost every staff know about me! They are friendly!
But the new security wasn’t allowed me to park my scooter in a corner, but I usually put it there, and he let my scooter out of the door privately. I also told him that I would leave as soon as I bought the milk, but he ignored it! Actually he can say “you can park outside and I will help you to care!

  3. Waited outside for 10 minutes and was ignored by staff. Knocked on the window still nothing, they even saw me ad carried on putting drinks away. Only came to window when I knocked on it sharply with my keys.
No apology, just extremely rude thst I wanted to buy something.

  4. I ordered a hot dog becuse i needed a quick snack becuse i was catching a train i arrived at the otr 10 mins placed my order 7 mins before i had to get the train the guy started making the hot dog 1.30s before my train left then i had to leave with out my hot dog or my 3 bucks. Why wouks you only have one worker on shift at one of the busyest times and everthing is over priced

  5. Update – (to Vaishali) I took my Son here for a couple of fresh Krispy Kreme donuts and Bijo served me again. He offered a warm and welcoming smile and served me promptly.
