Officeworks at Coffs Harbour is a small store compared to other Officeworks but the layout of the store is similar to other stores.
There are plenty of free parking available.
I had a return today for an item. I couldn’t find the receipt, but Joel M was very helpful and did everything possible to assist. Dean helped me with ink and was also awesome. He checked online for me, provided me with quick, efficient, and accurate information. Both employees gave outstanding customer service.
Max today (16/04/2023) was so helpful, I had some headphones that weren’t working and he replaced them!! He was very kind and a 10/10 for customer service. I send my thanks to him.
I wanted to purchase 2 smart watches and phones for myself and my elderly mother. Andrew was very rude and unhelpful and made us feel like we were interrupting his day. He offered no help or advice when asked. After putting up with his sighs and eye rolls I told him Harvey Norman offered help with the devices he shrugged his shoulders to indicate he didn’t care. With that we left and bought the same products from Harvey Norman. Tip to Officeworks management, Get rid of staff that are only there for the pay packet, Andrew clearly doesn’t care if Officeworks makes a profit or not.
