Myself and my fiance came in today to print out our seating chart and place card labels in the morning for our wedding and we were assisted by Melissa.
Even with all the nerves of final week wedding planning and the rush of people around she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and got us exactly what we needed straight away, whilst still helping all the other customers around her.
Would 100% recommend anybody coming to print anything complex to see her! Will definitely be coming back next time!
We came in yesterday after making some mistakes with our wedding planning.
We got there at 7pm and we were assisted by Belinda! She was nothing short of amazing and absolutely lovely to deal with!
We had everything fixed within 5 minutes and she completely changed our entire moods from stressed to happy for our wedding day.
Would 100% recommend people to come do print and copy at Cranbourne.

One of the most pathetic services, the staffs have no time sense, keep us waiting for hours, today i was waiting for more than hour with my 4 year daughter, had some error in scanning my documents in the sefservice machines, when asked for help one gentlemen said change the machine, no luck whatsoever, then cam Tyla, she tried to scan nothing worked, and started saying i wish Belinda could be here, finally gave me an option to do it over the counter and pay double the price. Paid nearly 25$, would have my own scanner with a few more dollars,
They left me with no other options to do so. Waste of time waste of money, never will go there for anything. 1 star also is too much for them.
Worst store I ever been visited. Customer service in scan and print area is zero. The women call Mellisa was screaming at me in front of my children. Was the worst shopping experience I ever had. I just asking some help only she was going mad and started screaming. The nice guy call Jake came and helped me after. Please don’t visit this store I think people who are working in here so Rude. Not all of them, but most of them.
My wife and I came in to Officeworks Cranbourne to print off and scan some documents on Friday, we were served by Melissa. She showed us how to use the self-serve machine and was so lovely and patient with us showing us how to use the machine and each step, explaining how it worked. She stayed with us overlooking the whole process. Thanking Melissa for her professional and courteous assistance making the whole process effortless.
