  1. Good prices but poor service, other people rating the previous employees will be in for a rude shock. I bought a multi function laser printer from them 2 months before and then they don’t even know what the toner cartridge is for it, When I arrived a woman was googling it on her phone which I’d already done. I felt I was very poorly served. I found the toner myself. I will use ebay from now on for toner cartridges. They are cheaper too on ebay.

  2. Shopping for school supplies with no floor staff on hand and high number of basic items unavailable. Young man at the counter didn’t actually speak to me even when spoken to and greeted, throwing items I purchased back at me. Stark contrast to the lass serving beside him Georgia who was polite and friendly and ask relevant questions to assist the customers she was serving. Very disappointing experience

  3. I’ve had fairly good experiences, save for the lazy and unwilling attitude of one staff member who wasn’t willing to complete a simple copy request that is no different to work I’ve requested previously.

I’ll use the local printing company instead in the future – I don’t have time for that level of laziness.

  4. I know why officeworks does so well, no suprise, consistancy. The Gladstone Officeworks is no different, great range of products, great prices and good service. My five stars is given due to everything being the way they advertise it to be. I walked in got what i needed, served as you should be and was a good price.

  5. As I sent to them and told them – I would share this publicly
EVERY time, EVERY time! Without fail, the order is split into parts (fine). I wait until they’re all ready or more than one… then you get home after collecting “it all” according to the so called ‘team’ members (that are rude and not pleasant at all) and waiting at the designated C&C area for ages. To only find out you have ONE item!!!!!!! It’s a joke. This is the 5th time! I can’t believe I keep giving it the benefit of another go.
I call up and I’m either hung up on or told I did collect it all. Then the next person says “no it’s here I forgot to get it?!”
Honestly, it’s the worst service I have had in Gladstone. Over and over again
Ear pieces are for communication- not a reason to ignore customers.
I love giving people a good wrap and I hate that my name goes to this, but I couldn’t not give feedback this time.
Lift your game and maybe have a team meeting with the Gladstone group to become a team, cheer up, open their eyes and talk nicely to customers – it would be appreciated
