  1. Andrew and Lauren at the Print desk were very helpful. Lauren took my initial call and was pleasant and answered my questions.
Andrew was exceptionally patient with me while in my mad rush state to get some urgent printing jobs done. He helped me select the right product for my needs, within my budget (prices could be better but that’s not on him) and handled me fixing formatting issues while he continued to help his colleagues and serve other customers in between assisting me with my order.
He made a stressful situation easier. The team at the print station interacted nicely and helpfully with all the customers throughout the time I spent in the store.

  2. I went to the Fairy Meadow Officeworks a fortnight ago to collect a package that I ordered online.

When I entered the building there was no one to greet me at the door as usual. It seems a bit random. Sometimes they have someone at the front entrance, whilst other times they don’t. Either way, I didn’t mind too much about the matter. I guess they are short on staff like my businesses too.

Anyway… I walked in and approached the Click and Collect desk. Though, it actually took me a while to find the desk.

I usually find these counters easy. But I walked around the whole entire building before I realised that it was right next to the cash checkout. I was amazed that it took me over 5 minutes to actually find this location that I needed.

When I made it to my required desk, there were 2 ladies. One was middle aged, and the other was much younger. The old one was quite mediocre at first. She didn’t do a big fake smile like I expect from an employee.
I told them that I had a few packages to pick up.
But they failed to find them instantly. They checked my details which they should’ve known already. And then they rudely asked me for the name of the package. It was quite aggressive and the attitude was appalling. She asked for a name as if I was dumb.
I felt racially vilified. That is no way to treat a customer.

After she got annoyed at me. She continued to search for my packages for 10 minutes. Asking for my other details for a second time. They kept checking the same spots over and over. It was so messy, they obviously don’t care about a neat filing system. They then proceeded to open other packages thinking they were mine.
My package was a new arrival that day, yet they lost it so quickly. I was stunned from the amount of time they wasted.

But after 5 more minutes they finally found the first one. Then they couldn’t find the others. Why was my order dispersed and lost so easily. It was a waste of my time. When I received it all, they told me to check it, as if it was a different package. Like, excuse me?! You gave me the package under my name, but you still think it is wrong and I might steal it?

    How dare they!!?

It was a nightmare. I left and I said thank you, but I really shouldn’t have, because they didn’t deserve it.

  3. Dont tend to write negative reviews but im inspired. What should’ve been a 30min job to print photos took almost 2 hours because of how buggy and slow the kiosk was. The one I was using had no chair (the others were taken), so I squatted on the floor without a single staff member offering to get one for me. In a store that sells chairs. I’m finally up to adding my last couple of photos and it crashes. I turn to the staff member behind me and ask if that means I’ve lost my 2 hours work. He just closes his eyes and nods. Wonderful. Merry Christmas.

  4. The people working there have the Worst attitude, I went in to return a tv and they were refusing to return it cause it’s opened even tho I told them I haven’t used it and they could turn it on and see that if they don’t believe me, the manager told one of the workers to look for scratches and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it so she came up with another excuse that the tv had dog hair on it.
Anyways horrible people with the worst attitude would not recommend buying something from there that you’re not 100% sure of
