As a loyal Tissot fan, I highly recommend this boutique store.
Warmest welcome received and all the staff are nice. Although I was so hard to decide which one to buy and keep trying on watches. The seller showed his full patience and keep serving me for almost a hour. Happy to find my top beloved new watch and my old Tissot could get some rest now.
BTW the T Touch series are sooooo cool. Will bring my hubbie here to try on.
I went there on the day looking to purchase a new Tissot solar half smart watch, and the sales guy was so friendly and very helpful, he helped me to get my watch set-up on to my Android phone and to set-up the watch as well and explained to me all the features of the watch. I just want to say his service was outstanding and top class, I for sure will go back there any day again to buy a watch again. Thank you for your friendliness and kindness and assistance.
Kindest Regards

I visited the Tissot Boutique recently, and I must say that the store presented itself quite nicely. However, I was a bit disappointed with the staff’s level of friendliness. While I was shown a couple of watches, it felt like the lady assisting me was somewhat disinterested in helping me make a decision.
Worst customer service, I purchased a Tissot PRX not to long ago and went in person to make the purchase. The customer service was horrible, the lady that served me was rude and not polite. she had poor customer service and didn’t even explain how the watch worked. They did not explain to me how to wind and use the watch and overall a bad experience. I highly recommend choosing other watch places when purchasing your first swiss brand watch as the Tissot store was a overall horrible and unpleasent experience due to the poor and lack of customer service provided by the all the staff present.
Very disappointed staff. No welcoming gesture i had to call the staff to service us. Being the hottest day in Sydney AC was turn off as they were saying that they are preparing to close the store but the closing time was 6PM and we went at 4:45. When i asked to show me some watches they were not even showing it properly. Very bad experience.
