  1. I first worked with Anca about 6 years ago, she helped me to build my dietary and nutrition fundamentals and awareness, not only did I lose weight but also controlled my PCOS. Recently I had an ultrasound and was told that there was no sign of PCOS anymore! This time working with Anca has been another level of experience, with body mind spirit integrated at one-stop shop. It’s way more than just dietary and nutrition. And I love the cool stuff she recommends. Thank you Anca!

  2. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in early October 2022. I first started seeing Anca in mid-October.

    We went through a process of first putting me on a diet that does not flare up UC as well as foods that are wholesome and have anti-inflammatory properties. We then moved to providing my body the supplements it needs. We then moved on to the mental side practicing mindfulness and breathing techniques. Lastly, we moved on to the physical side ensuring the right level of exercise was being achieved along with articulation stretches. Anca takes a full wholesome approach when it comes to looking after your body.

    On this journey with Anca I have achieved fantastic results, I can confidently say that my guts are feeling the best they ever have. Since seeing Anca I have had 2 check-ups with my gastroenterologist were an ultrasound of my gut was completed, they were impressed as the scans showed no active signs of UC.

    I am not saying I am healed of UC as it is a chronic disease however due to the changes I have made with Anca my guts are currently in good shape. Thank-you Anca.

  3. My husband and I started our ‘health’ journey with Anca the beggining of this year. We wanted a holistic approach to general health and wellbeing along with diet and exercise. Anca is not just a dietician, she is also a pyschologist and this aspect is really a unique and exciting proposition for us. Rather than just go down the path of what you can and cannot eat, we explored some of the reasons why our behaviour manifests with our relationship with food. After 3 months we have developed great strategies and have the tools to really change our eating habits for the long term. The added benefit is that my husband has lost 10kgs and I have lost 7kgs. We feel great and ready to tackle life’s challenge ahead, knowing we are healthier and eating well. Thanks so much Anca!

  4. I saw Anca initially to understand my nutrition requirements and obtain a meal plan. Anca was incredibly thorough in asking all sorts of questions and asking about my diet and health history. Once I started on my meal plan, I started feeling more energised, lighter and less anxious straight away. I now feel like I have the tools to better manage my weight, mood and I am much better at recognising changes in my body related to what I have eaten. Later sessions with Anca had a focus on mood, mindfulness and way of thinking. As someone who has at times been a ‘glass half full’ type of person, I definitely benefitted from this as well. 100% recommend a consultation with Anca if you want to optimise any aspect of your life, but particularly, cut through all the mixed messages about what you should and shouldn’t eat.
