2 months agoLove Big W. Wonderful staff the last time I was there really looked after me. The young gentleman went to see if the product I wanted was there and he took it to the check out so I didn’t have to carry it around while I was shopping. He could see I was in the chocolate section ?? great prices too ❤️3 weeks agoBig W has lots of stock, unfortunately most stock is made in China. I wish that Big W promoted Australian made products, i am certain that this would be well received.2 weeks agoWhat an absolute joke that you can no longer call through to a store to put something on hold for you. This is extremely inconvenient for people who have little ones or people that they need to care for. The robot when you call the phone line is also horrible. What ever happened to customer service.6 months agoI love Big W. Always buy things I didnt realise I needed ! Purpose was bike helmets and weights for home workouts. My girls grabbed makeup and skincare. Never disappoints!2 months agoLiterally the only shop I come to when I need to buy everyday items. They have so much more than target or kmart and also the prices are much better!

Many goods aisle after aisle. Clear display and many items and sections to go and find your stuff. Spacious and the price is reasonable. Some even cheaper.
There are so many good products at the store.. I put a pair of work boots on layby.. So excited to find that the men’s boot was wide enough for foot comfort.. The Halloween ? stuff is out. I bought makeup.. There’s a HALF PRICE SALE on makeup.. The staff member was very helpful.. ❤️
I always see the same employee guy at the front entrance. The one with little gray hair and old, always welcoming people with a smile. I like how all the sections of each thing is never moved so it’s very easy to find things. Except candles. The candles were hard to find, but other than that the employees are wonderful, except for one that thought I was stealing because I’m a “teenager”. Mainly here for the squishmallows, lego and $12 romance books.
Very frustrated that it took 25 minutes to speak to someone. To find out you can no longer call a store directly. Big w now has a call centre which provides little to no information, just smoke and mirror replies. I won’t shop here anymore.
Nice big clean store with everything you would expect to find in a big w.
