Service was great and we even got some free hand sanitiser which is apparently a hack to cleaning glasses?!l Left the store with yummy drinks and 4K vision so 10/10!4 months agoI wanted to give Chatime a try again after not being satisfied before with their drinks but this is the last time. I ordered a roasted milk tea with half sugar and less ice with pearls and cream cheese mousse. The staff member serving me was very nice and I love their ambience in their store but oh my god this drink was horrible. All I could taste was water and ice and a bit of sugar, I don’t understand. The pearls were nice but the mousse was awful like it didn’t taste like anything and it was just not nice at all.a week agoEnjoyed my green lychee tea! It was pouring with rain and the owner even lent me her umbrella. Legends! Thanks again team4 months agoTasted like water and no sugar added the last 2 times I went there. I thought the first time was a mistake. Went back and ordered a few days later and told the staff “Please add sugar, last time I couldn’t taste any flavor”. Unfortunately it was made exactly the same, tasted like water. When I called Chatime and told staff they didn’t add sugar again, they confirmed they did add sugar and if I want more sugar then I should ask for “Extra-Sugar”… Apparently Chatime tasting like water is the new norm. Staff are friendly and place looks ok but the unsatisfying taste has made me feel disappointed and not wanting to come back. My last order was 5 days ago so for me to still feel this way after this long and leave a review hopefully says something.2 years agoDecent place. Service is a hit and miss. 1/2 sugar sometimes tastes like full sugar. Some girls are friendly and some aren’t. They’re open till late though so that is a plus. They seem to be enforcing QR codes strictly which is good to see, but they themselves don’t wear masks properly many times.

It was bad experience for me in this chatime shop. I asked for cookies and cream and said at least 4 times in ours conversation and in the end I got Thai milk tea and when I point out she gave me excuse of using double checking with me which I heard she was saying cookies and cream standard sugar, standard size bla bla… she was looking at me and was glaring at me throughout our conversation. I only had 4 minutes left for my train that why I have to left in hurry or else I wouldn’t have to bear this rude behaviour. I asked this lady how much time you take to make cookies and cream? And she asked me back how longer you can wait? I said 5 minutes and she didn’t wait for me to order she just assumed that I would get Thai milk tea which I never asked for. I was talking with my friend in phone so I wasn’t hearing what she was saying but I made sure that I ordered correctly cookies and cream regular size no topping which she didn’t care and assumed what she thought and made and move to another costumer. When I pointed out she was so rude and looking at me like she would beat me at once if I said anything more which was so rude. If you there for threatening your costumers instead of doing good customer service it’s better not to work on fast pacing work area. So rude and disrespectful!!!
Didn’t order as the staff was extremely rude. Firstly she didn’t attend to me and my boyfriend and left uswaiting for a while. After that when we try to ask to modify the order to which she used very aggressive voice and horrible attitude while talking our order. We told her please be nice and walk away as obviously will not pay to be disrespected. She needs to go and the owner should seriously train their staff.
The customer service I received at Chatime on 17/12/2023 around 8:30 pm was extremely disappointing. The tall Asian lady who served my young family and me displayed a complete lack of friendliness and did not smile once. It seemed as though she was unhappy serving us, which is not suitable for a customer service role. Even when she called us to get our drinks, she did so with a dismissive attitude, almost flicking the order sheet onto the table. I decided to observe her interactions with other customers and was shocked to see her smiling and being friendly with other Asian customers. However, she continued to display the same bad attitude when serving a European-looking family. Based on this experience, I am inclined to believe that Chatime may have a problem with racism, as they seem to treat non-Asian customers with a negative attitude and do not welcome people from different backgrounds.
Card payment surcharge is not passed on to customers, unlike other chatime outlets in Westfields. Has convenient seating area with padded seats and swinging tables.
The worst Chatime outlet I’ve ever visited. Ordered online, pickup 20 mins later. The lady just silent with I don’t care attitude. Went to the collection table, she still didn’t care what did i order or who’s the name did i pick up. I asked her for my name, she came and just checked quickly and say yes. That’s it, no thank you no questions for me if i need bag or not. Well done girl, will never buy in this outlet again. There are more than 5 brands of bubble tea in Strathfield.
