a year agoI love this store, reasonably priced, very busy, staff are hard working and always willing to help if you have any queries. One less star however due to expiry dates on many of the product esp chutneys, would highly recommend you put past expired by date product in a separate ‘specials’ area and rotate product so fresh goes to the front, overall a must visit!a week agoThere are so many products without labels and price. How customer knows the price? Few label says 3 for $3.99 and at checkout they priced at $2.49 each when approached they said it’s there by mistake. It happened before as well but I didn’t tell them however, at this time I told the staff and label and actual price they charges and they said like that.My first and last visit to the store.

No parking spaces, the outside of the store is an eyesore. They should do better. They make so much money.4 years agoCheap prices, fruit and veg seem abit old looking….theres a butchery at the back end of the store. Staff are friendly, could do with abit of a clean up.

This really is a stand-out Countdown. The two things that make it are the ease of parking, and the range of product. You sometimes will pay a little extra for some items (compared with Pak’nSave) but they rarely run out of most items. It’s always a pleasant shopping experience here.

It has everything I need, from fresh produce and meat to bakery and deli items. The prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. The staff are courteous, helpful, and professional. The store is clean, well-organized, and spacious. It is conveniently located on Great South Road, with plenty of parking space.
Good grocery store, clean and tidy, fresh food
I highly recommend they restock the fresh produce often. the oranges, pears and apples were badly bruised and had mould on it. Also the staff restocking shelves don’t look like they care about helping customers too, the self serve check out staff are always super lovely though
They used to open 24 hours but now they close at 10p. Have a shared parking areas with McDonald’s and the EV charger with plenty of parking spaces. The interior is modern and keeps up with the other Woolworth shops. Staff members are friendly, helpful and attentive,although sometimes it seems that there are hardly any staff in the shop.
