9 months agoI purchased my bike here on December of 2022 and the owners are very friendly, accommodating and have been very patient with me taking my time to decide which one to purchase. I have test driven about 4 bikes before I decided on one and they have helped me throughout by giving me the pros and cons of each bike that I have test driven. I have been given a complementary service of the purchased bike which I recently used as I have put my bike to the test, riding in red dirt and testing how it feels to fall off ? 3x. The service was impeccable as my bike looks like when I bought it on December. This shop is highly recommended.2 years agoVery grateful to be able to go into this bike store. After researching types of bikes on line it was nice to actually sit on the bikes I was looking at. Helpful, friendly and informative staff. As a female I was interested in the liv bikes. There were a few options and they even offered to customise a bike for me.9 months agoJust picked my ebike up from a service and couldn’t be happier. Brakes no longer squeal and the bill was spot on the estimate I was given. They listened to me and did what needed to be done and it was finished when they said it would be. And they smiled!a year agoThe service was good. I got a brake bleed, while doing this new pads were installed on my bike. On my first ride today, the pads fell out. I do not expect to have to check the workmanship of a certified bike mechanic. I expect far better. Edit: occurred at giant Canningtona year agoTerrific service, particularly from Leanne who could not have been more patient or helpful. Loving my new bike! Thanks for a great experience.
