Service wasn’t good. Staff looked tired and disinterested, as if haven’t been paid for days. The product is fine. Pricey? A little perhaps! But that’s my opinion comparing other coffee outlets which also serve light snacks and cakes. Their speciality is the frappacino or frappe made from coffee and even though they’re nice but are also very sugary.
It’s conveniently situated and competes with the likes of Starbucks and Hudson Coffee, although these are not present in Plaza.
I think I ordered the chocolate lava cake, but no chocolate sauce came out, so makes me wonder if it wasn’t a chocolate lava cake. But besides that, the Chocolate cake was quite dry and the cream on the side didn’t help much.
The cream brûlée coffee wasn’t bad, a little stronger coffee flavoured would have been nice

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I purchased a white chocolate mocha and crème brûlée, both of which were disappointingly 50% watered down. To add to my dissatisfaction, I was charged extra for the cream.
