Serving is very small. By far smaller compared to any GYG nationally
I would never want to leave pour feedback but this is constantly bad
a month agoThe fast food joint became way too fast to even cook fully. You got one job mate. Didn’t seperate the tendies.. so uncooked batter was the result3 months agoBurned bacon. Would you serve that if you are a cafe serving big breakfast? Is it served just because the bacon is wrapped inside and people cannot see directly? I feel it is a breach of duty of care for food provider to give customer burned food that induce cancer. You can train the staff to cut off these burned pieces, or find better way to cook.7 months agoRude and arrogant no sense of customer service. Tried placing an order and got ushered on as I was ordering slow as it’s my first time. Ordered a burrito. No salads. No offer to put salads or anything on beside. Meat. And rice. Yuck. No care in the world. For a $30 meal of nachos and a burrito it was worth all of 5c. The food is really nice and service is relatively fast. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Mini Enchilada takeaway without cheese but it came with cheese. I found out when i got home, as it was a short walk, i went to get it changed. The wrong order got thrown away, and they prepared a new one for me. But the new order came without corn chips, am very disappointed to see that there wasn’t any as i payed for extra corn chips.
I came the Saturday 09 of September at 11:50 pm I know that the people is tired and they are in closing time, it’s all good I know how it feels, but I asked for 2 mini nacho fries chicken with chipotle mayo in a medium meal, when I paid the girl didn’t give me the drink, but it’s all good could happen to anyone so I let it pass, just asked for the drink again, but when the food arrived I opened the bowl and the portion was an absolute joke, there was just a few fries with no seasoning, few pieces of chicken (less than 50 grams in both), almost no guac in one and the chipotle and sour cream where almost noticeable, I got really disappointed and I would never go back to that gyg, I know they are in closing time but at least give an acceptable item for the price.
That’s how we found our nacho fries as soon as we open them
Nice meal, could be heated longer as not overly hot…fast service. Reasonable prices. Nice sitting out front
Lively and delicious Mexican fare in Southbank
Guzman y Gomez Southbank is a great spot for a quick and casual Mexican meal. The counter-serve chain is always lively, with a steady stream of customers coming and going. The menu features all the classics, from tacos and burritos to nachos and quesadillas. I usually go for the al pastor tacos, which are always juicy and flavorful. The burritos are also a good option, and they come in a variety of sizes to suit your appetite.
The service at Guzman y Gomez is always friendly and efficient. The staff are always happy to help you choose something from the menu, and they’re always up for a chat. The food is prepared fresh to order, so you can be sure you’re getting a good quality meal.
The prices at Guzman y Gomez are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. You can get a good meal for under $10, which is great value for money.
Overall, Guzman y Gomez Southbank is a great option for a quick and delicious Mexican meal. The food is good, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!
Here are some additional tips for writing a Google review:
Be specific. What did you order? What did you like or dislike about the food?
Be honest. Don’t be afraid to share your negative experiences as well as your positive ones.
Be helpful. Give other users tips for what to order or what to avoid.
Be respectful. Even if you had a bad experience, there’s no need to be rude or offensive.
I hope this helps!
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Consistently giving the wrong order or very undersized meals. The Cali burrito is recommend to be 470g & the mini Cali is recommended at 280g but I consistently get them in the low 300’s. Sometimes when I ask them they fix the order & other time they tell me I’m wrong & it’s the correct size. All my other dealings with Guzman’s elsewhere are not met with such issues.
