a month agoDon’t order here. I ordered the LARGE pizza and was absolutely ridiculous, half of the pizza was bread (as you can see in the picture). We asked for the manager for a solution and he wasn’t there. Suddenly, he appeared in shorts and nike t-shirt with a quite rude and cocky attitude. When he got into the shop, he grabbed the pizzas and threw them at the back. His name was Gurman Singh.I was expecting much more from the customer service of a recognised company as Pizza Hut. Very unprofessional. I have always been a customer of Pizza Hut instead of Dominos Pizza, but after this experience I am not going to order anymore. Even the other customer in the store agreed we deserved a refund. Don’t order here, it is ridiculous. I am not coming back ever again.4 months agoThe new owner and management team is doing a fantastic job. Amazing tasting pizzas ?a month agoHad the boys together for the first time in a while and we decided to get pizzas, about $120 in total. We ordered on a Friday night and expected a delay but our food was delivered about 3 hours after purchase. Unfortunately this was just the start of our issues.
When the food arrived we were provided the wrong order. Every time we called to rectify the issue we were met with a voicemail saying they’re busy.
Recieved a text message the next day offering free pizza, but the boys had since left so it was no use and a refund was agreed apon. This was weeks ago and after a follow up was assured it had been processed and no follow up ever since.
Will continue to get in contact with the store to reach a resolution. Will never order from this store, or any other Pizza Hut, again. Plenty of other places to spend a hundred bucks on pizza.

Food was pretty standard fare for Pizza Hut. Plenty of selections for pizza and it was hot and tasty. Fresh supply of pizzas was kept topped up.
Not so good was the cleanliness of the store. Agree with the other reviews, this place is a dive.
Plates were filthy, food stains left from the previous use. You know you need to wash them right? No napkins provided, I had to clear out the stash next to the register for my table of 4. The cutlery we were given was in a filthy container.
Staff were friendly, but I watched them all walk past the food mess on the floor next to us. We were there 45 mins and can confirm mess is still on the floor.
Pizza was dispointing and limited, plates and cutlery were all dirty
Haven’t been since the 90s decided to bring my kids for the first time, serverly disappointed ?
Definitely wont be back! And will make sure I tell friends and family to avoid also.
Over $100 down the drain and i would like to be refunded!
For a restaurant that’s vintage and rare would expect alot better.
Avoid at all costs
A step back in time to the 90’s a great experience. Not a huge range of salads and pizza but it was a quiet Monday morning. The atmosphere and retro style brought back fond memories.
Toilets need a good clean. If I knew how to add photos I would. After exiting bathroom my shoes were sticking to the floor. So I’ve walked out with whatever was on my shoes into the eating area. Absolutely disgusting. Also a lot of the booth seats need to be recovered, most have large rips and the foam is exposed. Added the photos I took but photos don’t look the same as seeing it in person.
This is a very interesting restaurant.
Highlights of my experience:
1- a worker ran into the bathroom, didn’t flush and washed her hands for exactly 3 seconds, without soap. (Soap machine was empty)
Cons: that’s nasty. Pros: she said sorry when she almost ran into me.
2- that worker worked in the kitchen. That speaks for itself.
3- the bathroom was disgusting, there was a massive dead cricket in the corner of the stall, there was toilet paper on the floor which was being dragged out into the restaurant on people’s shoes.
4- food is great for the price, but I can’t shake the memory of the workers terrible hand washing skills.
5- the lady serving us was very nice and very quick, 10/10.
Overall, what I would expect from
Browns plains, below subpar. Will let you know if I have food poisoning.
Overall rating: 3.5/5
