Branch seems to be newish and machines are nice, (Although some machines feel like are designed for a bigger frame person!) Trainer IKE needs to work on his enthusiasm a little 🙂 Overall people love to see a bunch of energetic staff.9 months agoI entered this gym for the first time yesterday and wanted to bring a friend along. Zack helped me out. He was amazing to deal with, was super friendly and very polite. He also didnt hesitate to show me how to use a machine when I didn’t know the proper movement. The gym itself is clean and well spaced out – with great equipment and new cardio machines. You’re the man Zack! Thank you for providing such a pleasurable experience in your gym.a year agoThis gym is amazing. The staff are wonderful and the place has a really pleasant, positive vibe. They also recently refurbished the entire gym – it really is the best standard of gym in its price range. The equipment is plentiful, brand new and well looked after; the showers and changing rooms are great; the place is always clean and tidy; and you can always get a park. Not only that he’s super genuine and relatable and invests in you. Also the gym here in New Lynn is super nice. It’s always clean and the gear is brand new. I have been a member at this gym for many years. Excellent gym, always clean and tidy, Great equipments for all your workout needs. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
This gym is really swindlers
I suggest you not to sign up with them at all
I own them money for ages now and they haven’t gave me the refund plus they been taking money out of my bank account for ages and sometimes they take more then they should be taking. And the guy on the office told he’s going to gave me my refund back in three weeks and I haven’t received anything till. To everyone who wants to sign up with them please don’t and thank you.
This gym has great equipment, terrific location, and great people who work there!
Frederik helped set me up with a guest pass super quickly so I was able to start working out right away.
If you’re in Auckland this is a place you should definitely check out.

Snap Fitness Mt Roskill has not only failed to address persistent access card issues over three months but has also been charging me without providing the services promised. Despite numerous requests for resolution, I felt compelled to beg for a basic access card which would actually work and give me access. The lack of communication and continued charges for unusable services have further contributed to my dissatisfaction, and I was shocked to learn it had supposedly been sitting on a table without any notice.
This experience has left me frustrated, feeling undervalued as a customer.
Additionally, the experience has been marred by the rude behavior of the staff, particularly Adam, who not only failed to address the access card issues but displayed an unprofessional attitude. Despite my request for a resolution and cancellation, it seems the staff, particularly Adam, is more focused on continuing to charge me without providing the expected services. This level of service and customer treatment is highly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share this aspect of my experience as well.
Unfortunately, the overall service falls short of expectations, and I cannot recommend Snap Fitness Mt Roskill based on my experience.
