When I got there, the store was really crowded. I thought it would take so long for them to deliver my coffee, but within 5 -10 minutes they delivered my coffee. Hospitality is very good. It’s one of my favourite place to have coffee in Australia. ?7 months agoWe ordered 3 drinks and 3 meals. 1 of the drinks was incorrect and didn’t get replaced. The meals… we got an eggs benny and the 1st thing i see is a black hair on my tomatos, 1 tomoato was green and a hash brown which was $3.10, my daughter ordered pancakes $15.95 for 3 coles pikelets that weren’t warm, the strawberry syrup tasted more like cough medicine than syrup and 1 and a ½ fresh strawberries on the plate. My husband got a big breakfast and the tomatoes weren’t grilled like was said on the menu and all in all was not a nice tasting breakfast. Very disappointed and will definitely not be back. What a waste of an $89 breakfast!!

It used to be great to eat at the Coffee Club every time. But this time our experience was not good at the No 082. They should increase staff during rush hours to improve their service. We have to clean the table by ourselves. After ordering, we waited our food for more than 40 minutes. The food was put on the counter for a long time before the waiter brought it to us.
Went to Coffee Club ☕️ Harbour Town today. Food was delicious and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and were so good about all the changes my friend and I had to our meals. The Cafe was clean and tidy. No issues, would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.
Not a good experience with the food. Seemed like the crispy chicken burger and chips is not fresh and had only been re-heated. The toast with egg doesn’t look appetising either. The only redeeming one I ordered was the smoothie.(avo, banana)
Extremely disappointed with the service and the food. The attitude of the staff is as really disrespectful as if they were giving out free food. The micro greens were wilted and not fresh. The spinach on the other hand was supposed to be wilted as per the description but was not. The eggs were not cooked properly, the whites were runny and when the lady who brought more eggs was quite rude and said “I’m not gonna take the other eggs back, you just leave them in your plate”.
It seemed like the lady was having a bad day or something because of the way she was collecting the plates, rearranging the tables and chairs banging things together.
If you don’t like your job just leave it, don’t take it out on the customers. It gives a bad name to the restaurant.
The staff needs to be trained to be a bit more respectful towards the customers and more emphasis should be put on customer service.
Please take this as positive criticism coming from someone who has traveled around the world and been to a lot of restaurants.
