I’ve purchased a few watches at this store from Jasmine who is always very helpful, relatable and displays a high level of customer service. Jasmine has always been excellent with communication and is always welcoming into the store which really adds to the experience.I have also recently attended the Watches of Switzerland watch making masterclass with David who was very engaging and knowledgeable. Definitely a rare opportunity to learn more about the complexity of watch movements and a bit of history on time.

From the first time I came into the store, David Adupa, took the time to understand the type of watch I was after. The type of service is a service you will not get at any other store, and I say this from experience. After David’s great recommendation, I purchased an absolutely beautiful Tudor for my husband. If you are after quality customer service, this is the place to go to and David is the man to speak to! Lots to choose from & it was very busy there. Popular place! Went there specifically to get Bamboo socks for Dad, as a Father’s Day gift. The lady at the counter was very friendly & sweet. Explained to me that as long as I keep the receipt I can exchange or get a total refund for the items. (as long as I haven’t worn or opened them of course!)
Massive store here. Each floor is dedicated for a specific section which makes it easy to know that you’re looking for the correct things. Due to its size, if you’re shopping for one thing, it’s easy, but if you are doing lots, you do have to move up and down a lot.
At Myer Perth, my experience has been fantastic. The team members, including myself, work collaboratively to create a positive and welcoming environment. Serving customers with a friendly attitude is a priority, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Being part of this team has been rewarding, and the collective effort reflects in the excellent service we provide at Myer Perth.
I went into the perfume section yesterday at this store and had poor service at the Jo Malone stand. I waited patiently to be served, then the lady cut me off mid sentence answering which what she thought I was going to ask. Then proceeded to scan items and do other work while I stood there waiting to make a purchase. I felt very judged and was unable to make a purchase even if I wanted to. I waited with my partner and then left without anything.
It’s been a while I come to Myer and they seem to have expanded the ground floor of myer with more products such as the Ordinary, Mecca, lancome etc.
Each brand product/department seem to have a staff member around so unlike David Jones, myer seem to have more staff members to help out, which means better services.
Went to buy at chanel, they have two staff members there. They are nice and efficient. Easy to shop at chanel.
However , today I went to the click and collect at level 1 near David Lawrence. There is only one staff member and I have to wait for 10 to 15 mins just for a click and collect as the staff member is busy trying to help out another customer who seem to have such complicated questions and payment about the purchase of clothes etc. I would think that the person in charge of click and collect should just be allocated to general enquiries and click collect. But it seem that they are in charge of scanning the bar codes and purchasing or the items too?
It wasn’t until at least more than 15 mins of wait due to just one demanding high need customer I finally get my product. There was a long queue forming by that time.
It only took the staff 2 mins to get my product.
Click and collect section in myer is horrendous and should be organised and more well staffed, which didnt seem to be a problem in David jones.
Not happy with this at all, makes me not want to get click and collect in myer at hay Street.
