Came to get nachos and burrito for a late lunch. Food was ok but the shop and counter could use more regular clean-ups. Would also prefer transparent lids so you can see the ingredients. Hand sanitiser was out of order. Friendly service.

I ordered food on Uber. Don’t you know how to cook? I’ve been waiting for a long time, but they sent me to eat raw rice. Are you kidding? It’s the worst dinner ever.

It was an expensive treat that we now won’t bother with. We were told today at Gungahlin that they no longer make gluten free burritos. It was the only thing we went there for. Actually really sad.

i love zambrero. my cauliflower was burnt (just a little bit) and tasted gross for that reason… it was a little disappointing but overall i enjoyed my meal you should also get metal cutlery and i will come to your store all the time because i don’t like the texture of the wooden fork in my mouth (had to bring my own fork)

Disappointed with Zambrero Gungahlin. Food was average, and a sauce bottle explosion wasted my order. Contrary to claims of food donation, the incident raised concerns about their commitment. Service was okay, with friendly staff attempting to lighten the situation with humor. Checkout process was painfully slow. Overall, an underwhelming experience.

  1. Absolutely disappointed. Got two bowls and both pretty much empty. We were getting served by a new young girl but someone was watching over her shoulder and wasn’t helping her at all. It isn’t her fault but a failure in teaching. Spent $50 and the order wasn’t correct and they didn’t offer to remake it. Very Disappointed

  2. The portion size is very small compared to what it used to be before. It tasted well but the staff just randomly put in the toppings which is an inconsistent amount. So basically it was no where close enough to beat hunger for $15.40. A bit disappointed.

  3. A little disappointed on this occasion. The last couple of times I feel like the food containers had heaps of room in them to chock it up with more food n fillings. I bought 3 x regulars. Surely hitting the sides with the fillings is ok. Especially when on nachos is chips n cheese and some of the fillings

  4. This is Normally good HOWEVER if you get the male who works there (assuming he’s the manager) he always is really stingey with his fillings and is not worth the money. I got a vegetarian burrito with everything on it and everytime I get this particular person serving me, he does about half of the portions of all the fillings, then absolutely stacks it with lettuce, so the burrito becomes 80% lettuce. I’m assuming this is a way to save money on their part but it is super disappointing for the consumer

  5. I was reminded why Zambrero’s IS THE BEST fast food! Fresh, delicious, the staff were awesome as usual AND nationally the chain has donated 1MIL plus meals!

    It’s also Australian!!!
