Zero star, thé customer service was terrible, I was with my child and the guy on the counter behind me was literally mocking and started laughing out loud directly on my face, the lady serving me tried to control her laughter. Terrible terrible I am feeling so sad now. Will never go back. We were there on 5th feb around 5.30 pm so you know which staff members were rostered and ask them to behave.
Plenty of groceries at reasonable prices. Helpful staff.
Prices are great the goods are good as well the staff are fantastic, keep up the good work.
Just visit before going to Cole’s or woolies. You never know what you are going to find there and what not, lines always change
Just would like to give a massive shout out to Bel this evening. I’m in my last trimester of pregnancy and she was absolutely beyond helpful with customer service and care tonight. She helped load up my groceries and collected an item off my list I couldn’t lift. I don’t know if it’s the hormones talking but I could have cried of ridiculous happiness, this act of service and pure kindness has got me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. I can’t thank you enough Bel, your words and efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. ? Stay golden ?
