a week agoThis place has an unclean, dank smell, the coffee tastes bad like dirty water. When I went there, they locked the doors to keep a ‘known thief’ from coming in, who was pressing his face up on the window and looked like he was on drugs, they told me they would unlock the doors for me to get out but the thief would probably try and get in???? That’s exactly what happened, as soon as I opened the door to get out this junkie man pushes his way inside.a month agoAbsolutely rude staff, mostly Indian in appearance but by God, zero customer service. This is Melbourne not Bombay!7 months agoI was there this morning. Only 1 coffee machine working lucky for us no waiting time a bit dirty unfortunately customer service need an improvement . Give you 3 stars because the coffee was nice and creamy.9 months agoSmall 7-Eleven and definitely not a petrol station. Located right on the corner it’s easy to miss and only had one coffee machine so you may have to wait a bit to get one as it was busy when I went at 9am.a year agoNot bad, can be cramped in here. Had to wait a little for some service. Got this onigiri from here in the afternoon, one of the rare places to find this in the afternoon, usually gone.

5 Replies to Experience 10 Top-rated 711 in Melbourne, Victoria
The man working there has no respect for boundaries!, I was there with my friend and he verbally harassed us talking about racial topics & controversial feminist topics. he yelled countless times about me adding sugar into my drink and getting a different lid because he made our drinks without asking us first! This isn’t my first rude encounter with him and it’s definitely going to be my last.
TERRIBLE, RUDE AGGRESSIVE STAFF
Took my 9yo to get Slurpees she wanted to do it all by herself and pay,
I stood at the door OUTSIDE with my dog but was met with aggression by female staff member as I was standing by the door trying to guide my daughter of what to do. (They ran out of small cups and she was letting me know) Was told I was being aggressive another customer was backing me up as witness that I wasn’t instead we were met with threats of her threatening to call the police.
Ruined a perfectly innocent experience for my daughter who suffers social anxiety in a new place. Told my daughter to leave her slurpee and walk away as we weren’t going to give any money to this horrible business.
She even said afterwards as we were walking home. “That’s the worst 7/11 ever, let’s not go back there ever again”
absolutely horrific experience! The lady who wears the headband on her head is the worst store clerk ever! I watched on as she chased a boy out of the store accusing him of stealing something! Don’t even get me started on the guy with the American accent. He yelled at my mother and I and whenever I try to interact with him he’s very dismissive, aggressive and rude. Please get rid of him!
I decided to pop in on my way to work one morning, I went in at around 6:45 and despite it being open 24hrs the sliding doors were locked. There were customers already inside and the man opened the doors for me, but then proceeded to shut them on me so I was trapped, wedged between the doors. Obviously it was a joke to him, and I laughed it off but still, please just be civil to customers you don’t know. As someone who suffers from social anxiety, I’m sorry but I won’t go back.
Not sure why you would take the ATM away, have notice several 711 doing this What’s next card payments only?
Physical Cash is a legal tender
Will avoid 711s if that is the case
