Awesome servo! Staff in good moods – super friendly and singing while they worked. Great tunes pumping in store. Clean with good selection of foods (could use some more vegan options). Really impressed they have a public toilet available as a lot of 7/11’s don’t offer loos for their patrons.

Terrible, rude service from the female attendant tonight (26th September). Not a smile or a welcoming “hello”. I stood at the counter whilst she slammed the chip shelves repacking them and cars were waiting for her to press the button so they could fuel. AN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. I politely asked if she was ok (as I could easily see she was angry at something), to which I got another rude reply which I couldn’t understand as she spoke in her native language. I asked her what her name was and she replied “I don’t have a name,” which I find hard to believe.

Why don’t they have name badges?

This female needs to be trained in customer service and be grateful she has a job.

Loud international music, staff didn’t seem to understand English, dirty and greasy store. A bit surprised it’s so rundown from 7/11 business/company.

Normally I have a great, fast experience here. This time when I got fuel I was on a phone call and the fuel wasn’t working. I looked in at the lady and she was smiling at me. It took me a long time to realise I was doing anything wrong because the lady didn’t give any indication that I needed to put my phone away. I eventually realised my mistake and I put my phone in my pocket, and waited for the lady to turn it on, she didn’t, after looking at her for a long time (confused that it still wasn’t working) and her still smiling at me, she came outside and said “you can’t be on your phone”. I said “I’m not anymore I hung up a while ago” she said “no you didn’t I’ve been watching through the window” – I didn’t argue. Just wanted to get home quickly after a long day and the process was much longer than it needed to be.

  1. The staff at this station are consistently short and rude to customers and act like they have no time and wished you hadn’t bothered them. Tonight staff member was taking a personal phone call and would rather handle that that pay attention to customers trying to fill up. May as well go to Shortland where it is a little cheaper and not so short mannered

  2. Went to pump air to my car. The pump was faulty but there was no sign to say it was so. After many failed attempts in the rain, I walked up to the window and asked if the pump was faulty- the girl at the counter shook her head to sign it was.
How long would it take for them to put up a sign to indicate the pump is out of order? My tyre pressure dropped even further while trying to press the faulty pump on the valve.

  3. If there was minus 5 star score it would more accurately reflect on experience there on multiple occasions, where staff are rude, one of the staff told me to ‘shut up’.
The young Aussie fella on nights is the only one who treats you with respect.. the others treat you like an infedel..

  4. One star is too many.

Massively unpleasant experience just now with the woman who works there, rude, unresponsive unhelpful, and when the slurpy machine malfunctioned she just dropped some paper towe and walked off without saying a word.

Then on the register she refused to verbalise anything, fire her, she clearly wants to leave

  5. I don’t understand why there is so many bad reviews iv been coming here for at least 10 years and always had a good experience with going here from the people behind the desk to yummy food to the night time workers and daytime workers all a good experience everytime . no matter how deaf I maybe at listening to the prices ? they’re always nice .
