Unprofessional. Appointment booked and confirmed with a specific solicitor due to their advertised skill set. Solicitor doesn’t make the appointment. Sends a junior colleague. Doesn’t inform the client until we are in the conference room. Was a humiliating experience. Very disappointing and I expected far better.

Your response makes me sounds a horrible person making reference to an urgent medical appointment. It’s not disputed that the solicitor had a valid reason to not be present, What’s disputed from your reply, is that you didn’t inform me. You didn’t let me know and thought it was acceptable to get me into a conference room and substitute someone else. It’s not a transparent or respectful process.
