a month agoWe’ve been part of First Early Learning since February 2023 and we love this centre. The staff are wonderful as are management. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and the children get plenty of time to play and explore. We always feel welcome and safe here and feel confident knowing they are providing a high standard of care and early childhood education. We appreciate the Emilio Reggiani philosophy and values that align with our own.4 months agoWe adore this centre. The staff are just so friendly and welcoming. I know they truely love my little one and give her so much warmth. There is so much for them to do and lots of outdoor space where they can be in nature.11 months agoWe recently moved into the area so had to find a new childcare for our almost 18 month old daughter. Of course we were anxious about the transition for our daughter at first but the educators in the hibiscus room and all the staff have been so amazing. Our daughter has settled in so well and is absolutely thriving after only a few weeks. I have been recommending the centre to all my new mum friends!!11 months agoOur son has recently started in the Acacia Room (young toddlers) and we have liked how welcoming and thoughtful all the staff have been. All the photo updates we see show him having so much fun with bubbles, painting, the sandpit, and enjoying himself. The centre has some lovely outdoor spaces with a focus on nature, which we really appreciate.11 months agoMy daughter has been going to First Early Learning Frankston South for almost one year and has moved up to a new room in that time. As a parent, you worry about who is looking after your child and if they are getting the best care. I have found the educators in each room to be fantastic. They really care about my daughters needs and tailor her experiences on what she enjoys doing. I see the love they have for her and the love my daughter has for the educators and other children.

They didn’t have the item I needed ?
But the girl at the counter was really friendly and nice and she had a really cool hairstyle with 2 braids at the front. The store is clean and has plenty of parking, situated just off the main drag.
The crew at this store are incredibly professional, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to walk into a Bunnings and to have assistance not just given, but OFFERED by friendly staff who know their stuff.
Firstly, at the plumbing section where a crew member saw me with my old washing machine hose and directed me to the relevant section with a smile, and secondly in the paint section where the crew member was able to provide me useful advice on a niche query.
At the checkout when a staff member wasn’t confident to identify some small I tagged bits and bobs, they were able to send another staff member to the aisle use a system to quickly identify the items and remotely transfer the info to the checkout without inconveniencing other waiting shoppers.
The greeter also handled a request from a rude customer with grace and ensured that even he was well looked after.
I’m so impressed.
I’m just sorry I didn’t take note of names of individual to give due praise – but it was after 4pm on the 27/9/23.
The staff are helpful. They had everything I needed. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that there is a horrific smell by the outdoor furniture. Maybe manure from the garden section but way too potent to enjoy shopping in that area.
Majority of staff utterly useless with no interest in helping customers.
“Helping business is our business”… What an absolute joke. Always faulty machine hire to completely incorrect stock availability. Pretend to offer so many services, yet delivering on none of them not even basic customer service.
Got all the help I needed from John. He helped us find the right material for our Christmas project. And also gave us his personal opinion which was a better result. He knew where were all the things in each aisle.
