a month agoAfter reading all the awesome reviews, I decided to give it a go because I can’t get a spot for my usual hairdresser in other salon. After the hair cut, I literally want to cry! I’ve been comunicating through out the whole process but the hairdresser doesn’t seem to listen but insists that he is right, what I request is wrong. I just wish my hair could grow faster and go back to my usual hairdresser to fix up. I hate give bad reviews, but I want to let other people know my feeling.8 months agoJina and Joy are absolutely amazing and very talented! I have got my hair done by Jina over the years and I was never disappointed.Jina is absolutely fantastic with a straightening perm, various hair treatments, colouring, including tricky ones like Balayage or Ombre, and amazing hair cut!
As I started to have so much gray hair, Jina dyed my hair in a way which not only covers the gray hair, but also to blend in the newly growing gray hair! (See photo with a short hair.)
She will also tell you honestly and directly if your hair is too damaged for perm or colour so that you won’t waste your money. The staff is well trained, professional and super nice too.
The best Canberra hair salon by far and I highly recommend it!

4 months agoHighly recommend you see Joey if you have really thick or coarse and wavy hair. I do and Joey knows how to cut it so it looks great, takes the weight out and make it easy for me to manage. His prices are fair also.a year agoI had my whole hair coloured 2 weeks ago, it’s absolutely gorgeous. Just want to say thanks to Peter, really appreciate you booking me in the same day and did a lovely job! And thanks Jina’s for your assistance!

The kindness and customer service is wonderful! I didn’t see any change in color with the first balayage, they asked me to come back to repeat the job free of charge. When I was there they told me that I had to pay again… I liked the end result with the second tried☺️. However honesty and transparency are important values. I value the time of those who do the work and preferred not to argue even though I didn’t fully agree.

I have tried many different hair salons before. They have never given me what I really wanted. Taylor talked me through the whole process and what she was going to do after I had shown her what I wanted when colouring and cutting my hair. Everyone was just so lovely, and as a plus I feel like so so confident in my new hair. Thank you so much!!
Friendly, attentive team and lovely salon! Lily did my hair and did an amazing job getting me blonde after I box coloured over a previous bad dye job and I’m obsessed with how it came out! Will definitely be back ?
Recently went to Off London for the first time and had my first colour. Taylor really spent the time to listen to me and come up with a plan. She knew exactly what would work for my natural red hair. I will definitely be returning. Thanks!
