All of my meetings were comfortable, and the talent playbook even provided some materials and advice on how to interview with the employer

Since joining I’ve worked as an extra on an TV series and have been put forward for auditions. The team are all super friendly, supportive and helpful. You will only get out what you put in. The team can put you forward for roles but YOU need to bring your A game if you want a shot at the job.

Agency888 have got me more auditions & therefore more work than my last 3 agents. The staff are lovely & keep you informed and it’s great knowing you have your own cheerleaders cheering you on to get those jobs!

Bugged me relentlessly to review them before they had done anything for me at all. Took a hefty fee from me and never got me any jobs or any auditions at all. I doubt they ever put me forward for anything. I have found myself all of my own work, in music videos, series, YouTube channels and feature films. I would not recommend signing up with them, they make many promises with no follow through. Any agent that asks you for lots of money upfront isn’t worth your time. I am with a much better agency now and much more opportunity and who did not request money for nothing.
Agency 888 is a wonderful agency. The team was so professional and welcoming even when I was a shy 15 year old who had zero experience in the acting world and just desperately wanted a shot at doing something she had always dreamed of. Due to Covid restrictions keeping me from being able to cross the border and visit my agency, booking jobs was hard as it was for all actors at that time. But nonetheless they worked so hard for me and my career. I did eventually leave their representation to focus on finishing high school and learning how to drive, however I have often though about Gary, Sammy and the whole team fondly for giving me such a wonderful experience and letting me know I am welcome back when my studies dissipate. Do not listen to the negative reviews left here, they say so little about the agency at its core and what a wonderful family it is. The people leaving bad reviews have not put the work in to be actors. It is a competitive business and it is not cut out for quitters or people who expect to be spoon fed. If you want to be an actor, the team at Agency 888 will guide you, but you must be the one walking.
