4 weeks agoI forgot to get the lady’s name, but she had a lovely accent and was willing to assist me print of 25 certificates I needed, before 8am (which is when apparently the ‘staff assistance for printing’ opens). The woman showed me three different types of paper, including different thicknesses, understood my requirements and was super helpful. The cost wasn’t as high as I thought it would be and I will be visiting this store again. I was also greeted by a staff member who was working near the front entrance, so it a great service from beginning to end.3 months agoRecently went here to print a large amount of pages, I called in advance with the mindset that it would have to be ordered early. I initially was told over the phone that it would be more cost effective to bring a USB and use self serve checkout as the price is slightly better. After getting there I found out my document exceeded 50mg which was the max document size for the self checkout and asked for assistance from Jacob, he promptly shared the same frustration that I had at the facilities and apologised profusely and directed me to the staff counter to print it for me. He did this very quickly and hole punched it for me accordingly. It was clearly extremely busy but he gave me full attention due the situation I was in.10/10 customer service from Jacob, definitely will be coming back.
a month agoPathetic service. Went for a single page print out at self serve with my officeworks reachrge card. Had 5 other people all knew nothing how to print. One lady was trying to help as much as she can (1 pm- 22/11/2023). After waiting 20 minutes, I gave up and went to the front desk where an Old guy (assuming he was the manager- white hair and chubby built) refused to help me and said self serve is the only way to print documents. I have done desk printout like so many other times but this guys refused and continued with his work. Then I waited again for 10 minutes for my turn to self printout. Also, why can’t we recharge our officeworks card at the station itself?
I had only 45c in my recharge card- had to pay $3 for a single piece of document for pre-charge prints. The minimum recharge you can do is $3, why not a dollar. Then realising some lady before me gave a command of 530 pages. Had to wait for her to finish. Then kept waiting and moved on to new machine to print the same doc I was loosing my patience and was there for 30 minutes. So again, paid $3 for a single piece of document on a different machine.
Wish that guy had help me at the first place. I would have reached my visa appoint On time and did not have to re-schedule to another day for which I took a day off from work today.
in the last weekMelisa, Jake, Georgia and Josh have been the most wonderful staff and very helpful. Thanks for having an amazing team at Caroline Springs!3 months agoIt was my 3rd time visit to this Officeworks store. Very disappointing with customer service. Not even single staff is helpful. I went for printing documents I put the command in to print and paid already but machine stuck in between and I was waving hand for help from 10 minutes no one came to me I went to front desk to ask if someone can help me to machine but no one came another 5 minutes and I was watching the staff talking and laughing inside. Another day I standing in queue for 10-15 minutes just for 1 copy print and ask to desk lady she said I can’t do it on desk now on you have to stand there and wait. So annoying and most of the people don’t have much knowledge how to use that machine so no one came to help them so can done quickly. Very Bad service.

5 Replies to Experience 3 Top-rated Officeworks in Melton, Victoria
I visited the Werribee store today and discovered the entrance in Synnot St is no longer open. While another customer and I tried to figure out why the auto door wasn’t opening, a lady came past and informed us the store can no longer be accessed from that door and we have to go to the back entrance.
So I suggested to the young girl at checkout that maybe they should put a sign up to make customers aware of this. Her response was simply ‘Oh it’s been like that for about 2 years now.’
Since when was a customer’s feedback to a store of any importance??
This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at Office Works. The customer service was incredibly subpar. I visited to make a copy of my license, only to find a lengthy line of about 20 people waiting for self-service. Shockingly, there were only three machines available for all of us. Across from us, a prominent sign indicated “Printing and Copy Service,” beneath which three employees were casually chatting. I asked if there was any assistance they could offer besides self-service, but the young lady there rudely stated they didn’t provide such a service. She insisted that if I wanted a copy, I had to do it myself on the machine. I simply hoped for a bit more consideration. If the queue is this long, they could at least offer some assistance with the printing. Unfortunately, they were unhelpful and remarkably impolite. I won’t be returning to this store
Such a horrible service. Served by elaija, you guys have no humanity I have been telling him that my child is sitting our in the car and crying there but they want you to be in line for normal printer and staff wait at the counter doing nothing at all. No customers waiting at all.
Morover, when I agreed to go to another printer instead of helping me he said, let me help this customer behind you and then i will assist you with the printer. Like seriously wow.
This is so unethical. You guys need to work this more professionally.
It was such a horrible customer experience.
Would never visit again. Staff doesn’t bother much and seem to prefer chit chat with each other. The teenage girl working at print and scan desk just can’t stop using her mobile. I stood there for making payment for sometime trying to be polite but she just cudnt bother if someone was waiting . In the end I had to remind her what I am here for and why she was at payment desk
I have been shopping at this store for many years as I work nearby, but the permanent closure of the front doors post covid is the stupidest decision their management has made. They have lost so much pedestrian traffic due to this unexplainable action. Not one staff member has been able to provide the reason for them doing this. Big mistake!!! It would be very easy to rectify this – unlock the front doors which are closest to the registers.
