2 years agoOne of your couriers delivered my parcel to my work which was closed. He left it in the driveway out the front of my work in a multi business park with about 20 business’s there. Scott always goes out of his way to put parcels where they will be easiest to unpack. He’s always friendly and accommodating.
As a receiver of an item purchased off ebay on 7/12 from Sydney and still not delivered nearly 2 weeks later on 20/12 to Port Macquarie (4.5hr drive) I am extremely frustrated. They are supposed to be a courier company but can’t deliver and can’t advise when delivery will happen nor allow depot pickup. No issue with their responsiveness to enquiries but saying sorry, blaming Xmas and having no staff is just not good enough. I purchased items from Bundaberg Distillery QLD on 28/11 and it was delivered within a week by Aramex on 4/12 so they can deliver when they want to. By way of comparison, I purchased another item off ebay on 11/12 about 12 noon and it was delivered in less then 3 days on 14/12 about 8:30am coming from Truganina VIC 3029 using Direct Freight Express Standard Parcel Delivery $11.73. Seems to me Aramex Port Macquarie has business issues it needs to sort out pretty quickly.
