a year agoGood if it was actually open. Drove all the way to find a clousure notice for Saturdays since 9th July. Opening hours wasn’t updated on Google. Undelivered parcels get sent to here unfortunately and this is making it hard for people who work on weekdays. I’m not entirely sure if this review reflects whole company as much as it effects the local guys. Regardless, Over the last 2 to 3 weeks I have had to order parts ex Melbourne and Sydney. Priority freight at a premium price. After ringing the supplier for the consignment number to suss out tracking I could see the parcels had been scanned in Mildura for 3 days before I sent someone into the local depot to retrieve. I have since asked my parts supplier to use another carrier.
One – because you can’t give a zero. Signed for as delivered. Still sitting in their depot despite numerous phone calls from sender and recipient. Last parcel sent via TNT was lost or damaged 3 times. Try another courier who cares and is not dishonest. Never again
Don’t bother with them. They lose your parcel and refuse to take accountability.
Most incompetently run business in milduea. You need to collect from them 4 times out of 5 because they dont even attempt to deliver. Lady the runs it is a disgrace rude and obnoxious
I understand it it can be tough on the drivers and sometimes they need to use customers toilets, but please can you make sure they flush the baby dinosaur and use the spray when they are done. Everything else is fine ?
