3 months agoDr Zlatkovic was in charge of my wisdom teeth extraction surgery and he was extremely nice and helpful with explaining the surgical procedure and everything else regarding the surgery. The surgery itself was very smooth and I required almost zero painkillers even though I was told my situation was slightly complicated so I must praise the doctor’s skill. The clinic was quick to respond to any email queries I had and was very polite. Overall, very good experience.8 months agoWorst dental care I have ever experienced. Treated like a stranger at each appointment, no introduction to new dentist, dentists don’t check your record before you come in and then expect you to provide them with vital information about the treatment they provided last time! Went in to have badly infected extraction looked at, dentist ignored my request for his name, then said he “didn’t have time” to give me gas (have told them at each visit I need gas or I start shaking uncontrollably), twice said he could give me antibiotics when they already gave me antibiotics and I said twice during the appointment that they weren’t working, that the pain was much worse, swelling much worse. Offered to see me “later today” (after rearranging my day to make sure I could make afternoon appointment), I ended up walking out. Had similar communication issues with the dentist who did the extraction, I found all of them very unfriendly and neither were interested in checking my history that they had on file, were totally unprepared for me when I attended appointments, didn’t listen to answers to their questions. Just awful, will not be going back. They seem to have a high turnover of dentists…not a good sign.a year agoI rang this dentist practice spoke to the receptionist about booking a appointment to have a tooth extracted and was told I should have done it at the dentist I just seen today , I said I needed to have the nitrogen for anxiety issues with dentist and she said all dentist have it but the dentist I went to didn’t she was extremely rude and argumentative with me this person has no people skills what so ever and should not be the first person of call she told me I should have had it removed the last time I was there when they removed teeth before , having a receptionist tell me what I should have done was very unprofessional and extremely uncaring. I work in health care and would never questions a patient’s reasoning about there healthcare , I can see why this dentist has such a low rating . I wouldn’t even give them 1 star ratinga year agoAs far as a visit to the dentist goes, I had a pleasant experience with the team at Busselton Dental Clinic. Maven Dental Busselton is exactly what I expected from a small town dental service. The front staff made me feel most welcome and were very efficient and friendly. My treatment by the Dentist and Dental Nurse was professional and pleasant experience. The Dentist explained everything he was doing in a very clear and friendly manner. It may sound ridiculous to some people but I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!!

Got to Busselton from Perth – first bite crown fell out. Rebecca was brilliant in finding me an appointment. Dr Gabriela Gama was excellent – fully explained the issue and my options then reattached the crown and provided photos for my dentist in Perth. Totally satisfied!!
I have been attending this practice for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service there. Colin the dentist is great and so is the Practice Manager I have found them really helpful and always able to accommodate me. Its a fantastic practice. Cannot speak highly enough of all the staff so friendly and helpful. The best practice that I have attended. Thankyou to all the staff for making it so pleasant to go to the dentist.
